Worse place to deliver I will never come back here try to avoid this place I have 3:00pm appointment and is 8:30pm and still outside on the road waiting for them to call me to get door.Really bad place.

what's happening at Pepsi? Inside sales rep Marcus doesn't return calls or let us know when orders aren't coming. For example, called on 10/5 - Wed morning, left order in voicemail( because no one answers the phone) - order not delivered on preset delivery date of Thur.(10/6) - Called Fri to ask why, left voicemail (*again) - No call back regarding my order on Fri or Mon.??? - Called left another message... Also, had similar issues in July & August with CO2 - I was placing orders via voicemails and CO2 wasn't being delivered - no call, no notice - Fortunately, I found a reliable source for CO2...I understand when products are unavailable or shipped late...but not communicating is unacceptable - I came to Pepsi because of the sales rep Darren & the level of service I received... Apparently, Darren is gone and so is the commitment to their customers....

Entrance NOT on Horizon and is at the end of Seabro. Easy entrance and plenty of space but all attitude inside the building. Got in at 8am for 9 am appt. In the door by 8:15 (no one waiting), unload did not begin until 9:15. Unload done by 9:45, no one says a word to me or gives me my paperwork. I’m creating this post at 10:55 standing at the desk and nobody is saying a word to me.
