I worked for this company years ago, just passed by. I worked under one of the four owners. It was such an unstable work environment especially with the one owner who was incredibly unstable. He actually kicked my coworkers desk once because he thought she made a mistake but she showed him everything was correct. In the morning he would say hello to the department before ours, purposely ignore the five people in my department and they say his good mornings to the department that was past ours lol. My coworkers were absolutely lovely to work with and I hope that the work environment has improved since I left years ago.One positive I will say for working at a PA office was getting to go see the Mets a few times in their suite. There were perks for working for the company, the work environment with this particular owner was so toxic that it wasn’t worth the pay.

Had a bad experience today trying to return apart I purchased 2 weeks ago it was an electrical part it was in original box unopened unused and I had the purchase receipt I was told that they will not accept returns on electrical components I am not happy with that as an answer I will never visit parts authority again

I had a terrible experience with this place, they pick and choose what price they want to charge you. I went there one day to purchase oil for my vehicle, the person was very helpful, he advised me to use their house brand at a lesser price. When I went n there to buy more oil, 2 days late; they wanted to charge me more money. I was very turned off. I did not like the fact that they they can pick and choose what to charge you. That is bad business practice.
