“I’ve had several of my cars here for various work and I’ve always gotten great service. One of my cars had an issue that would result in a failed inspection and they told me before they began, so I wouldn’t be charged. We brought my wife’s car in for an oil change and they underquoted the price, but refused to charge us more when we picked it up. They seem very honest and fair. If you’re looking for a repair shop this is a good place to go.”

“Kyle and the crew at Deer Park Jiffy Lube were so friendly and professional. I was able to have my car serviced right away with no wait time. I barely read 4 pages in my book while waiting when Kyle said they were finished! Very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. They had some recommendations, but nothing that was needed immediately. There was zero pressure, unlike other car places. Also, they did what I needed and didn't "look" for other "problems " just to get me to have further repairs done. I find at many auto places, they see a female and think they can take advantage. This was NOT at all the case at Deer Park. I highly recommend and will be returning there for future services.”

“Came here to get my oil changed and my AC tuned up. Wound up waiting a lot longer than I planned/expected, but they got the job done and customer service was incredibly friendly. I needed the work done that day and they got it done, so that's all I could really ask for. Didn't try to upsell me anything and pointed out some genuine concerns that I was glad to have them take care of. Would gladly come back here again in a pinch. You pay a little bit more than you might at a local mechanic, but the convenience for walk in service will garner that premium.”
