BEWARE!! Get out of your comfort zone before you come here. Owner may suck up and Kiss A$$ to you to get your business. Get multiple estimates. Charged and collected $600+ for a diagnosis compared $190+tax @ dealership and $200 other mom/pop autoshops. If dealer is cheaper than this place. Confronted and embarrassed him and partial refund. Avoid!! Not honest. Shop should be called "He Hopes to Steal your money." Who is better to fix your vehicle than the dealership. Again!!! Do your research, NOT a one-stop auto shop. Go to multiple auto shops and get a quote and in writing. When the Roger says "I'll take care of you!" It means he'll take your money. Owner quoted $3k more than the dealership would charge for an engine replacement. Do your research.

Roger C. is a solid guy. He has completed both body, mechanical and suspension work successfully on my 2017 RAM pickup truck. It's a large shop pace with an Accudraft SS spray booth and a number if mechanics and auto body guys working there. It's a popular place and I see a mix of standard and luxury import cars being worked on (Lexus, BMWs, Mercedes-Benz/AMGs/G-Wagons, Audis, Porsche, etc). Only complaint I could make is that the place need to be organized, needs better shelving and storage. Otherwise I'll keep returning, crew seems hard working and Roger seems honest.

I've been using New Hope's service since the beginning of time! Let's say ever since I started driving! Age 17-18! Love them! Roger and team are super awesome, friendly and helpful in every way! I would not trust anyone else to take care of my car but them, trust me, been there, done that and at the end I still go back to New Hope!

I brought in my Lexus GS300, which was beat up from years of parking on Brooklyn streets. New Hope did a terrific job in making my car feel like brand new again. Paint job was A1. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

This is my go to spot to get my car oil replaced, the owner Roger is hands on, he is a great communicator. He even did a engine swap on my landrover discovery. He is honest and straight forward. I highly recommend New Hope auto to my friends and colleagues.

New to the neighborhood, found this place on Yelp. Called on one Saturday morning to ask if we can stop by later today for inspection, they said yes. When we arrived they asked us to park the car on the street and said may take about 1-2 hours. So we left and waited for two and half hours in the coffee shop, when we came back, we were told they are too busy, (they don't even know where our car was), ask us to move the car to the store front, maybe can be done in another hour, but not guaranteed. We just moved our car and left. Wasted 2.5 hours waiting for nothing.

Worst experience. I dropped off my car at wensday and they told me that car will be ready right on the next day. I came back in Friday morning to pickup the car and they told me it's not ready yet. Can you believe how they disrespect they customers didn't think it was worth calling me about? I waited 5 hours for get job done they find out that ordered wrong bumper. Just waste of time and money

I've been going to New Hope auto since 2015. Roger has taken care of my current and previous cars over the years. Roger does extremely good work. The shop is constantly busy with cars ranging from Vintage/old school all the way to exotics. No job is too big or too small. They retain sharp technicians whom clearly understand the issues at hand. Good work takes time, they always recommend getting OEM parts whether its through the shop or if you pick it up yourself. Roger has taken care of my cars routine maintenance and occasionally big jobs related to engine/transmission. I've also done a few performance mods i.e. intake, exhaust, suspension. Additionally my father got some paintwork done and it was a mirror finish! I highly recommend going to New Hope auto, I will continue to send friends and family here.

Please stop scamming my dad. I know the inspection didn't cost $1073, and whatever you put on the invoice always happens to be illegible. I'd be happy to pay a premium for good service but bro we didn't even get an oil change. Won't be coming back.

Roger and his team are amazing! He came recommended by a friend of mine and definitely lived up to the hype. Fast and friendly and the work was immaculate. My SUV was rear ended in an accident and it came back looking like it just got off a show room floor!

Truly this is a rude establishment. The woman that answers the phone is rude as well. The people that work here that park the vehicles and block all the traffic from flowing through also doesn't have any care about anyone else needing to use the road. A whole line of traffic all had to try and turn around because they aren't able to get around. The establishment just says They will move the vehicle when they get to it. That is not a good way to do business.
