I have been to several stores over the years since I've been with Metro, and today I found the store that absolutely earned 5 stars.I upgraded my iPhone 6 to 13 yesterday, yes, not a 15 but the price fit comfortably and I'm lightyears ahead of the outdated 6.Well, I did try to transfer and activate online, but this created a big mess mainly because I was speaking to people, probably after hours, from another country and there seem to be limitations.I did try the automated system also, but that left me with "no sim" on my phone, which was clearly inserted.Today, Saturday, I went to see Kevin, a wizard with this technology, and he just started working on it, multi-tasking between the issue, the resolution, and persistence in getting me connected.There really is nothing like an in-person experience, especially with today's technology, and once again, I'd like to thank Kevin for his patience with me and taking his time to explain the issue in layman's terms and resolving the problem.

I went to Metro PCS here in Amityville, earlier this week, the store was immaculate and the salesperson, Douglas couldn't have been more helpful, in record time he retrieved the phones for my partner and I rang up the sale and had a selection of phones in our price range. He was very personable, and helpful. Treated us like friends as opposed to customers.

It was close to where I live, next to Amityville, but I was unable to get a good answer about wanting to clear some of my apps. I asked if he could erase something for me, and I felt he wasn't giving his attention.I am not internet literate and I needed him to help me w a little technology question, that I did not understand.
