If I could give Paul at Merola Tile 10 stars I would. We are remodeling a bathroom and were overwhelmed by our shopping list! We looked at countless tiles at various businesses but nothing struck us as the one. Our contractor set up a meeting at Merola and it was fabulous! Squeaky clean showroom, friendly staff, lollypops.. who could ask for more? After giving Paul an idea of what we were looking for he pulled out the most drop dead gorgeous tile we had seen! SOLD! He worked with our contractor to select the perfect grout and other material. The tile was delivered in two days. It's not down yet, but we can't wait to see it light up the room. Thank you Paul!! Hands down you are the winner of the tile battle! You listened, you are kind and pleasant to deal with and we will recommend you to anyone looking for tile!

I am a tile retailer in Westchester NY and Merola Tile is my best supplier. They have a vast selection, fair pricing, and prompt delivery. Their customer service team is second to none. Christina S usually handles my account and she couldn’t be more helpful and courteous. Even their drivers are helpful and polite. I highly recommend Merola Tile to all of my clients.

Poor quality tiles and even worse customer service. I purchased the two inch pink hexagon form a local mom and pop tile shop and 95% of the tiles came chipped. I brought them back to the tile shop who were happy for me to return, however Merola is now ignoring emails from the tile shop and will not take back the damaged tiles. Awful customer service. How do you sell chipped tiles to your customers and then not take them back. BEWARE- awful and dishonest company.

Always a positive experience with Merola Tile, weather its a visit from our Rep Johnathan or dealing with Christina on delivery.... And the products! Just look at that picture of the sample chosen by a man in his 70's for his backsplash. Never would have guessed it. #Merolatile #beautifulproducts

The outside sales folks are wonderful to work with and they respond the same way whether it’s an order or an occasional return. The product is quality and prices are reasonable.
