Review is for their service department. Great staff and quick appointments. They accommodate you when you are in a rush. They don’t push expensive or unnecessary repairs on you.

What an amazing purchasing experience! Ness helped me find the perfect automobile for my family. They really went above and beyond to make it possible, for us. Never had such a pleasure buying a car, as I am used to being on high alert of price manipulation and scam tactics, I was thrown when they were upfront with everything, no hidden fees or charges. I live only a couple of miles away from the Roslyn Mercedes dealership, and a few miles away from the Rockville Centre dealership. I live 17 miles away from Mercedes Benz of Massapequa but that is the only dealership I will bring my Mercedes to. It is worth my extra time to get there because the service I get from them is exceptional. There is a difference. The service manager Robin Laurel runs an outstanding service department with honesty and integrity. He truly looks out for his customers. I highly recommend them.
