VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Terrible service. They called me to tell me that they were having a campaign to fix the emission. Before they took the van, the van was working fine. When they returned the van I took it on the highway and the check engine light was on. I sent it back. They told me the engine died while they were driving it back to the dealership. Before they began "fixing" the van it worked fine. After six weeks of back and forth they tell me that it is my problem. They maintain the engine died by coincidence while they were working on it. Has nothing to do with what they did to my van. Now my van has no engine. They want $18,000 to fix the engine. Absolutely shocked.

I went in to get a battery for my mom's car key. I know, it's a small item, but the gentleman in parts not only replaced it, showed me how to open the tricky little thing next time and the gentleman from the repairs department also came in to bring one because when I parked I told him what I was coming in for. They clearly have great customer service there because if they can do that for a simple key battery, it speaks about the culture there. Thanks!

I had a pleasure for working with Albert Salib. He was kind, throughly answered all my questions, and is super trust worthy. I would 100% work with him again in the future. Thanks to Albert I bought home a brand new 2023 Mercedes Gla and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Albert !!

I recently purchased 2 CPO vehicles from this dealership in Nov 2022. I went for an oil change, and was notified that I need to replace 2 rear tires for one of my car. The car in question only had 12,800 miles at the time of purchase. The car hasn't been driven much, so I didn't understand why I needed to replace 2 rear tires. Called the dealership only to get a run around after 2 days of calling. Spoke with the sales Manager, who gave me the most ridiculous explanation possible and didn't want to do anything about it. Anyways, I've been a loyal customer of MB for 20 plus years now. Honestly, was expecting a better outcome. Wouldn't purchase anything from these guys ever again. Horrible service.

Dear MB of Massapequa,I hope this message finds you well. I recently purchased a used vehicle and your establishment performed work on it, and while I appreciate the effort put into the work, I would like to provide some feedback regarding the quality of the work done and suggest areas where additional attention is needed for improvement.Firstly, I want to acknowledge the promptness of the initial work done on the vehicle, such as the replacement of parts and keeping the vehicle clean. I appreciate your attention to that aspect.However, upon closer inspection, I noticed a few areas where the work fell short and requires further attention and repair. Specifically, the repair to the front end was not up to the expected standard. There were still audible sounds on the drive home, and the sounds now came from both wheel areas. Additionally, upon turning the steering wheel, a clunking noise is now apparent.Considering the impact on the overall presentation and value of the car, I suggest the following improvements:Suspension System: Conduct a careful inspection to identify and address parts not only damaged and in need of replacing, but also replacing complimentary parts that have been affected by damaged part within the rack & pinion steering portion of the suspension system and restore the system to the higher standard Mercedes Benz is known for.Quality control checks: Establish a rigorous quality control process to ensure that all work performed meets the expected standards. This should include comprehensive inspections, leaving no room for oversight or subpar results.I understand that oversights can happen, and I believe that with these improvements, the overall quality of the work will align with the reputation of your establishment. I have confidence in your expertise and would greatly appreciate your attention to these matters.Please let me know if you have any questions or require further clarification regarding my feedback. I am open to discussing these concerns in more detail and finding a mutually beneficial solution.Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your prompt response.

One of the most incompetent dealerships ever! We were called today by a woman named Lulu to come in and see a specific car we inquired about. She told us to come in and we confirmed we would be there between 5 and 6. We traveled THREE AND A HALF HOURS IN TRAFFIC to be told they just sold the car an hour ago!!! WHY NOT CALL A POTENTIAL CLIENT AND LET THEM KNOW SO WE DONT WASTE OUR TIME TRAVELING ALL THE WAY OVER?? This establishment severely lacks common decency! Not to mention, zero apologies!

I had a mixed experience with this place. Here are some of the positives:1. The parts department is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.2. The sales staff is very friendly and happy to speak with you about the vehicles. Vish was very nice to converse with.Now for the negatives:1. I had a wheel alignment performed on my CLS 550 and I do not think it was done correctly as the steering wheel was not completely centered and the vehicle still drifted slightly to the right. I tried to call the service department a few days later and I was informed that an advisor would get back to me. I never heard back. 2. They informed me that there was an open recall on the sunroof glass and that they would check it out while the vehicle was there for the alignment. The Service Advisor said that they checked the date on the glass and it was outside of the recall dates. He said the glass is fine. I am still getting notices in the mail that it needs to be checked. I guess they did not log it in the computer that they performed the check. Overall, this is a nice dealership, but the level of service at the service department did not meet my expectations. I have nothing but positive things to say about the sales and parts departments, though.

Wow what an incredibly WONDERFUL and POSTIVE A+++ experience I had at Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa and I truly owe it all to your sales professional Erick Batista. Car shopping can be extremely stressful and sometimes car dealerships have bad reputations for playing games and gimmicks. Your dealership was absolutely wonderful and took away all of my anxiety and stress of buying a car. From the beginning, I inquired about a car. Erick was extremely kind, knowledgeable, professional and truly an MB expert. It's clear he is very good at what he does. He made the buying process seamless he is very skilled in sales without making you feel pressured. He provided me with multiple options, models etc. based on the needs I expressed and explained to me the differences and benefits of both. He even got two cars I was debating from your sister BMW dealership in Freeport which I knew took a lot of time and effort and I could never thank him enough for. He truly catered to me which I couldn't appreciate more as I understand he's extremely busy with other clients. He was so respectful of my time, punctual, honest , smart the list just goes on and on. I was in your dealership Wednesday, out the door today all because of Erick and believe me if yesterday wasn't a holiday I would've gotten it within a day. I felt so comfortable and rest assured because of Erick. I can confidently say I will never drive anything but a MB ever again. Lastly, I would like to thank your other professional Erick for going over the car inside and out and being extremely thorough. I appreciated the beautiful bow and sign. All of your little details made me feel valued and appreciated. Thank you thank you thank you. You have gained a lifelong customer !!!! I feel so blessed to be apart of the MB Massapequa family!! I've had to deal with them for the past 3 years. Most of my interactions have left something to be desired. Upon leasing almost 3 years ago, after the lease deal was determined, the finance guy said, get the breaks package because this car is very heavy and the breaks needs to be replaced yearly and it's costly. So we got the package. It's almost 3 years and now the car needs new breaks so took it in for new breaks. They said that the break coverage expired in April. Took us by surprise because it was never disclosed. So lesson learned this dealership will say anything to get more $ out of you. They are not a reliable business and probably get away with pulling stunts like this. On top of this, any time you go to the service dept,, any complaints you had about the car, they dismiss, like what you have experienced is not correct. So when it comes to this dealership, never ever get any additional packages because it's their way of getting more $$$$ from you.

Hi, I'd like to share my experience with Bill Kraft at Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa. As an out-of-state buyer purchasing an S-Class Coupe, I was a little apprehensive. However, Bill and the team did a great job. Everyone was transparent and responsive through all the purchase stages, from my initial Autotrader inquiry to information gathering, negotiating, to delivery. The team handled things as you would expect from an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership. I look forward to my next Mercedes-Benz purchase. Because no matter where I buy it from, Massapequa help affirm my relationship with the Mercedes-Benz brand. Thank you Erick for Making this transition as easy as possible and for giving me the honest truth about everything as well as a great deal. If you are looking for a Mercedes, and you don't want to be put in a high pressure sales situation, go see Erick Because I was going to turn in my lease for another brand, but because of how professional he handled my situation and did not act Salesy at all, I decided to stay with Mercedes. Also thank you for all the work you put in to make me happy.

I went to MB of Massapequa just to have my remote controller batteries replaced. My 1st time visiting this location. Very friendly staff, beautiful showroom. The gentleman in the parts department that replaced the battery in both remotes was super professional, friendly and took care of replacing the batteries quickly (3 minutes). Thank you soo much! Great customer service.
