I came in with a couple of fairly rare stones and he did a very thorough analysis. He researched them, spending probably more time than it was worth for him to come up with a reliable current retail value. His rate was very reasonable to boot. He was very personable even though it was late in the day which made it a fun visit as well. He will definitely be my ‘go to guy’ for any future appraisals.”

The staff were very patient with a young man looking to take a big step in his life. They didn't try to push him just to make a sale. Maui is very patient and kind with all of his customers. My Son said it was a very comforting experience compared to other shops . He was very impressed with the knowledge and patients of Maui and his staff.
