Top notch service, extremely customer oriented and detailed. Vin did an amazing job on my Lexus after it was scraped badly in a parking lot, it looks almost new!! Someone hit my car and did not care enough to leave a note. There were paint chips, scratches, and a white stain on the driver's side in the front without any dents. The first auto body shop I went to wanted to charge me over 2K, which I believe was a rip off and inconsiderate due to the fact that the issue wasn't that horrifying. I went online to shop around and came across Impact Collision. I checked out their reviews and decided to check out the location. Liz came to the rescue right away and was very polite! Vinny, the son of the owner, checked out my car and he gave me an estimate, which I believe was more reasonable than the first location. You can tell that this shop values their customers and operates with integrity by their character and quality of their work. Vinny was very kind and accommodating. All of the staff at this location embraces you with a warm welcome! Fast forward, Vinny mentioned that it wouldn't take long to complete this job. I brought my car in at 8am on Wednesday and my car was complete and shiny at 3pm today! I highly recommend this auto body shop to anyone who needs their car repaired. To whoever is reading this.. I promise you that you are in GOOD hands.

One of the best collision repair facilities I have ever been to, and unfortunately I’ve been to several. The professionalism and customer service from Vinny the owner, his son Vincent and all of the employees was second to none. They presented me with options that would save money before moving forward and explained the pluses and minuses of each option. The car came back perfect and spotless with a full write up of what was done and how the work was performed. A real professional and honest experience. I’d highly recommend Impact Collision.
