Outstanding !!! What a pleasure it was to have worked with Eddie. A hassle free experience from start to finish. I was helped with starting my insurance claim and even got into a rental with such ease. Customer service here is beyond 5 stars. Car repairs came out immaculate! Had my car fixed at First Choice after I was rear ended. First Choice did an absolute great job from start to finish. They had my car towed right from the accident location to their shop and took care of the rest. They handled everything with the insurance company and it made the process very easy for me. They updated me on the status as there were many parts needed to be order and they always kept me in the loop. My car came out good as new and I HIGHLY recommend First Choice to everyone

I’m not the type to leave reviews but this one is very much deserved. I was in an accident and First Choice Auto Body was the repair shop I chose since it was close to home. I sat back and did NOTHING! They took care of EVERYTHING! Answered all of my questions (trust me I had one too many) Annabel is professional and took all 50 of my calls and handled everything. They dealt with my insurance company, took care of the paperwork, got me in a rental and most importantly fixed my car in a timely manner. My car now looks BRAND NEW! They also contacted me after the repair to make sure my car was running smoothly. I hope to never be in another accident again but I will refer everyone I know here because of the great experience I had! Look no further for any repairs or auto body work!
