Excellent place for "stock" cabinets and countertops!! If you are not looking for custom cabinet details, they are very good. (Note - stock cabinets have limitations on options... If that's what you're looking for then this is a great place to go to)

Don’t use them. I used Express Kitchen for my cabinets and granite countertop. They placed the seam in the middle of my window. The seam was extremely rough and very noticeable. They did try to repair it but it’s not much better. My granite has a right to left pattern. The left side of the countertop the pattern goes right to left but the right side goes left to right. They cut the second piece backwards. It looks terrible. They cut the granite 1/2 inch too short next to my stove so there is a large gap. I love all the choices I made for this update and the poor quality of the granite install makes me extremely upset

I purchased my kitchen cabinets and my granite countertop from Express Kitchen in Amityville NY. When they installed the countertop the seam was in the center of my counter right in front of my window. Im also very unhappy with the quality of the seam. The sides look very chipped which makes the line look very thick. They came today and said there wasn't much they could do about this obvious problem. I was never told or consulted about the location of the seam. I was quoted a price for the countertop with me purchasing 2 slabs of granite. When they drew out the plans I was told I only needed 1 slab. I still don't understand why the price was not reduced, as the other slab of granite was sent back.Im definitely not satisfied with the outcome, or in some cases the lack of communication. Be careful !!

DO NOT GO HERE. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Issues from the day of installation. Installed crooked counter top and gave me a hard time about fixing it. Super expensive piece of quarts and it is already chipping in multiple areas. She trying to discuss this with them I couldn’t get a call back. Finally got it looked at and stillNo answer for months. After months of complaints about the EXTREMELY expensive counter top that was “top quality” i was told there is nothing they can do for me. Horrific customer service all around.

Went to look at cabinets. Store help were very nasty. Lakeville is a much better choice.

Horrible experience. Waited well over a month to have them come install. When they finally came, numerous issues with the way they designed and installed the granite counter top. (Measurements off, no support in a couple of places due to the way they designed it, seams were raised and visible). When asked for rep to come look at the job that was done so far, they said they would but I had to pay 90% of money I owed because the job was almost completed. When I wouldn't pay that much, they had the workers rip out the granite they had already installed. By doing this, they damaged my brickwork and they basically said sorry but nothing they could do about the damage. Ended up refunding all of my money and I found a reliable company to complete the work. Will have to take to court to seek money for damage that they caused. Price was good, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I went there after a referral. Their lay out was fine, lots of ideas, but I stood around and looked for over 15 minutes. One person was looking after a lady, and 4 or so others were in an open office area, not on phones. No one acknowledged me, said, looked or nodded. I left and spent a lot of money elsewhere.They could do better.

Walked into the empty showroom of customers. With six or seven employees on the computer or eating. No one addressed me. Finally someone decided to asked what I’m here for, and if I’m working with a contractor or not.Once they knew my contractor sent me, the told me to go talk to him. “They’re not allowed to talk to me”….
