“I am quite frustrated with my recent experience at Rainbow Carwash. I signed up for the monthly plan with the understanding that I could upgrade my service during any visit by simply paying the difference. However, when I requested a different service today, I was charged the full amount of $41 instead of just paying the difference. This was not what I was led to believe when I signed up, and it left me feeling misled and disappointed.
That said, I do want to acknowledge the special attention given to the cleaning process. The quality of the cleaning itself was top-notch, and the staff put great care into ensuring my vehicle was thoroughly cleaned. For this reason, I'm still giving 4 stars.
However, better transparency regarding upgrade options would greatly improve the overall customer experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it would make me more inclined to continue using Rainbow Carwash in the future.”

“Washville Car Wash monthly program really pays off having a Jeep. Whether I'm coming home from driving on the beach or decided to take the muddy route to work. A quick and convenient exterior wash is always moments away. I do wish they had attendants vacuuming the interior as well as someone cleaning the inside windows. You're required to do that yourself for an additional fee. I for one dislike cleaning my window (especially the windshield), maybe cause I'm lazy ? the washes always come out great, I strongly recommend the monthly unlimited wash packages!!”

“Called the day after Christmas, guy answered the phone respectfully, asked how much it would be for the tints on my car, gave me a great price. Bought it in, couple hours later was ready for pick up. Would recommend 100% definitely will be coming back as 20% isn’t dark enough but still satisfied with what it does now.”
“WoW!!! The best car wash I’ve ever visited. I think they go a little above of what is expected from them.
Also, I see some people confuse platinum wash with detailing here… it’s just a wash really.
I do like how they use compressed air inside.
Did platinum wash, will try a step lower next time probably just to see how it works out.”

“The other day, somebody side swiped, my brand new car and just left. It was very disturbing and I was concerned what it was going to cost me out-of-pocket because I did not want to put it through insurance A friend of mine told me to take it to the detail center at a car wash. I called and left a message at stop and shine and East Meadow. I immediately got a text back from Dan, I believe he’s the owner, I explained what happened he said probably $100 If it’s both sides of the car, maybe $200 he told me to bring the car in at that time. I forget the name of the guy that buffed it out. But it was done in 20 minutes and you would never know there was any damage. They only charged me $40 and also gave me a free car wash. But honestly, it’s not really about the money it was about the exceptional customer service that I received. Thank you, Dan and please thank the technician that did the amazing job.

“I recently visited this carwash and was absolutely impressed. It's more than just a car wash. The waiting area was another highlight, comfortable with free Wi-Fi and comfy chairs to sit while I waited for my car to get done. It’s really nice to know there is still a full service Carwash available not like these newfangled WASHVILLES where you have to do everything yourself. If you ask me it’s totally worth it.”
“What a phenomenal experience at just a self-service car wash where there was actually a staff member on site who came out helped us out helped us understand how to get these darn bugs off the car after a cross-country trip didn't try to nickel and dime us and was just a gentleman!”

“It was one of those days when a flock of birds decided to poop all over my car. It was some extra nasty bird poop. It looked like they had pooped a rainbow.With the wife complaining about both the inside and outside aesthetics of our vehicle, I thought it would behoove my sanity to find a car wash. Googled the nearest one with the best reviews and I ended up at Premier Car Wash.There was a queue of 6 cars ahead of me and we noticed that the workers were meticulous with their brooms and brushes. When it was our turn, extra care was taken to clean the colorful avian feces.Inside was a narrow but well lit waiting area where you can see your vehicle being washed. The guy behind the counter was a pretty chill dude.The main point was the cleaning. Exterior, both the body and the windows were stainless and without smudges. The inside was well vacuumed and the console area was cleaned well. My wife gives them 4 stars and I'm going with 4.5. Well done!”
“They hand washed and waxed my wife's little SUV for under 50 bucks. Fantastic value for what you get. Yeah a regular car wash will be half the price for a run of the mill car wash, but it doesn't look nearly as good. The place looks a bit run down, but the service offered definitely makes up for it. Im defenitly coming here once in the spring and once in the fall.”
“I liked this place for washing my car. But the security made me little concerned. One guy was seating just beside of the car wash and approached to me asking dollar. I wouldn’t mind if he asked me politely but he said he just got out of the prison and didn’t have any money. I mean why purposely mentioned the word “prison”? The owner should do something for the this problem”

“They did a decent job with the car wash, could’ve been more better, but for the price it was alright. Paid $30 for interior and exterior. Car smelled good, some car washes the car doesn’t have a good scent after but this place made my car smell good.”
“Can’t attest to anything but the wash bays, but for the money they were clean and readily available. The spray soap didn’t work - not sure what the deal is with that. But otherwise I didn’t mind as I didn’t use it for that purpose.”
“Excellent car was ..the price is extremely reasonable, they only do the outside but provide all the vacumes and garbage pails. There are plenty of bays to vacume your car and do your windows ! it's a must try 4 people that like to keep there car clean with a monthly fee where you can go as many times a month as possible!”
“They really take their time and make sure to give the car a good cleaning inside and before washing the outside They don't just vacuum the mats and rush thru the wash. It looks like a husband and wish and they do everything by hand. It's a small car wash but they're great. The price is $40 for inside and out. It's a great car wash”

“I've been coming here for years what I love most is the CAR WASH. There are two bays side by side, I suggest using the left side because its touchless high pressure wash, and touchless high pressure drying which works amazing! I have a BMW M4 and I love taking it here for a quick $9 wash. You can get the $13 wash which works even better if you have somewhere important to go.I took a star off for two reasons. I find that the washes are down for maintenance quite often which is oftentimes inconvenient since I drove all the way there. Second, the gas station pumps are also down often. They probably should invest in repairing their pumps or atleast replacing them. But other than that, if your looking for a quick touchless wash, this is the place!”

“It's a self wash. It would be better if the wand wash actually worked after I was charged $5.00 and no water came out. Someone needs to be there to take care of malfunctioning machines. I use this place a lot, it's frustrating to be charged for something I didn't get.”
