It was a pleasant salon experience when i went, but my nail tech was lacking in the basics
1. She cut my cuticle skin too far. I could tell because I saw what she clipped and that skin was brown and alive. When I left the area was sore. Then, 2 days later, my fingers looked like a loafer shoe with tassels on the toe. Disgusting, upsetting. And i’m someone who moisturizes at least twice a day.
2. She didn’t paint the top side of my nail with the gel manicure so it chipped. Any nail tech knows to paint a little on the tippy top to prevent chipping.
When looking at these reviews, note that the designs in the pictures are taken on the first day. Very curious to see how the nails last. Mine didn’t.
Pedicure was good so I added one more star.

Didn’t like what they did. Explained to the nail tech what I was looking for and she said she could do it and I did not get what I asked for. Today is only day 3 and my nails are already messed up. Told me to wait 10min and I waited 30min. The only good thing about this place was the price. But I will definitely not go again. I rather pay a lot and get what I want and to last what is supposed to last than pay less money to have my nails all messed up 3 days after.

Terrible salon, don’t waste your money. My nails came out terrible. Their gel polish is very bumpy. When you tell them , they pretend like they don’t understand you. My pedicure looks like a two year old painted my toes. This is the worst salon ever. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Expensive for a subpar experience. It’s only 2 of the nail techs that know what they’re doing and the rest are beginners but they still charge you high end price. Gel manicure had bubbles all throughout. They didn’t understand when I was trying to explain that there were a lot of bubbles and I didn’t have the time so I paid and left… don’t get me started on the “spa” pedicure. I could’ve done a better job at home. I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon at all. Low quality experience with a high end price.

I give this place one star nails came out nice but when I ask for something done I expect it I'm a paying customer obviously I'll pay extra the attitude SUSAN had with me while doing my nails was horrible she was very rough and was obviously mad to even do my nails I was so uncomfortable no TIP was given I will NOT be back I will be spending my money with another nail salon with people that are kind and don't talk negative about people in their language ....never again for me !!!!

I have been coming here for a year, absolutely love the staff, the service and how kind they are. Susan has been doing my nails and i never been disappointed. My pedicures have been phenomenal as well. I don't think I'll be leaving anytime soon!

The place is very clean. U One Nail Salon makes you feel like family. All staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and accommodating. Susan does my designs and does a great job. Love getting my nails done. Thank you

I just came from U one nails. The place is so clean first off which is big for me the pricing is Cheap and those nails last for me about 4 to 5 weeks and I’m very very rough with my nails. I always ask for Donna she’s so sweet and always makes sure that I like the color and I’m pleased when I leave I definitely recommend U One nails!!!! And ask for Donna! Honestly, it's not my favorite... I liked it before when it was called Buff and Shine because it seemed good for the price. It definitely looks much nicer on the inside since they redid it, but overall not great service. The past 2 times I went, my nails were done by the man who works there, and it was not great for the price. I got a powder dip manicure the first time and not only were there alot of rough/bumpy parts to my nail afterwards, but he left a gap by the bottom of my nail which caused my hair to keep getting stuck under the polish. This happened within a couple of days of me getting them done and progressively got worse over the next 2 weeks before I removed them all.The following time, recently, I went to get a simple gel pedicure. I ended up with the man again. He really didn't do a great job. He put a little bit of lotion on after painting my nails, and my feet felt so dry when I left. It cost $40 before the tip for just a regular pedicure with gel nail polish. Idk if that's normal pricing because they had no type of pricing signage up or any special pedicure options, which was a bit odd to me. Also, I had to wait 30 minutes before they started my pedicure even though I had called and made an appointment. I don't think I will be going back to this location .

I came in for a relaxing experience. I've heard so many good reviews, so I had to make an appointment. I came in at 10am as scheduled and was immediately serviced. I don't know if the nail tech was having a bad day, but she huffed and puffed when I asked for a simple request like filing my nails down even more. I had to ask the nail tech if she wanted to do my nail. I was ready to leave because I treated her with kindness and respect. As a fellow professional in beauty services, I understand the pressure on the other side. The nail tech seen a group of girls walk in and wanted to rush my service to get to the next person. I am a paying customer like everyone else. $85 for a man/pedi...I deserve to be serviced without feeling as if I am not wanted. After asking her if u should leave, she acted nicer when it was time to pay and proceeded to ask for a tip. How do you act rude and make a customer afraid to request things to their liking and then ask for a tip. Don't come here if you want to feel like a valued customer. So rude.Services: Pedicure

Called and requested pricing for a regular manicure. Was given a different price when I checked out. They said they charge an extra $8 for soaking my nails during a regular manicure. Should have known, since the woman who checked out right before me was told she needed to pay an extra $10 for them to cut her nails during a regular manicure. This is not the first time since they’ve taken over from Buff & Shine that they’ve done a bait and switch with charging extra at the end of a service. This is the 3rd time they did it, and I’m no longer patronizing them because they are in a convenient location. If you are honest, you will win loyal customers.Service: Manicure

I called asking for Nicole to do my nails and I find out they sold the business. I was really disappointed. But decided to give them a chance. As soon as I walked in it smelled like sewage but they greeted me nicely. It was empty. As the nail tech begins my acrylic set everything seems ok so far. But towards the end she begins drilling my nails and all around my fingers. I left bleeding. But that's not the worst part. I get home and noticed there's acrylic still over my cuticles. And the tips is not even fitted on my nail. There is space between each of my finger nails and the nail. Also the shape is just not what I would like it to be. I asked for coffin they look more square than anything. I literally made this account just to leave this review. I really miss old management. I don't think they will last long at all. I have never had anybody have my nails looking like this.
