“Great experience. Had a ford warrantee transmission installed a few years ago and the unit started failing a week before the warrantee expired. The shop was diligent with getting the situation resolved before expiration. Ford wouldn't honor without the original receipt from the shop. He had to dig through his records manually and he found it. Took ford a week to send unit and it took the shop less than 24 hours to install, program and have me back on the road! Thank you”
