“I love this store and so does my wife. They always have suitable and stylish (for me) clothing.The other week my wife bought me several shirts, pants and a warm pullover. I had to bring two items back (I needed an extra X in size). I was helped by a delightful and knowledgeable salesperson who found everything I needed. The best part of the story is that when I got to the counter I was given a $10 off card that I could use immediately and qualified for their 10% off sale. I ended up saving $30. So I received excellent service and got additional benefits.I also have to point out that I’m a big person and can count on them to have my size (XXL or XXXL). Their sizes run true.”

“My wife and I just strolled in there for no particular reason and i started talking to the staff about some gift ideas for my son. I told them he is a fan of anime but I however knew very little about it. Izzy, Teddi and Cole managed to know actually what I was talking about with just the slightest bit of info lol. The entire staff that day where so knowledgeable, they where so friendly and pleasant. I know it seems weird to say you had a good time shopping at a store in the mall but we really did,they where just such a blast to interact with. The manager who I'm sorry to say I didn't get his name was also just a great person, had great conversations with all of them. I really don't do reviews but I just felt they deserved it. Thank you very much, will be back soon”

“Store was clean, well organized, and had a good variety of clothing. The whole back corner of the store was sale items, with many sizes to choose from. There were many items on sale throughout the store as well. Fitting rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. Checkout was quick.”

“I love Nordstrom Rack. To set realistic expectations this location doesn’t seem to get the impressive bag and shoe drops from Nordstrom marked down to a fraction of their original price like you see on social media. However, the staff is always really pleasant, and the store is always clean (not always tidy if you go during a large sale or a Canadian holiday weekend). The biggest plus for me is that they allow dogs. I primarily shop the app and then go in store to return and that process is always quick and easy.”

“This location on main had better service than the one we visited yesterday on Delaware my daughter asked to try 3 things on the lady said no and walk away we asked the cashier and she said no with the explanation that the store closes in 20 mins and they want to clean up we were the only ones in the store I will never go back there again”

“Love this store. The couple times I’ve been here the staff really stands out from many other shopping experiences. They are friendly, so attentive, don’t forget about you in the fitting room, and super patient. They always seem happy and like they enjoy their job which to me really says a lot. Sadly, that’s not always the case when shopping but the team here makes me love this store for more than just their clothes. They also have a decent selection and are always willing to order sizes/ colors if they are out.”

“The fact that they have to setup the store as a maze to discourage snatch and grab thieves makes it slightly annoying - not their fault at all. Its a sad statement that the thieves are protected but the employees and paying clients arent.”
“The store has a multitude of Buffalo Bills items but a multitude of just Buffalo stuff. Name it, they got it! They frequently have sales going on, will ship to your location and have the nicest ladies working there who are humongous Bills fans. No, I'm not an owner, stock holder....just a client who likes their merch!”
