“This location on main had better service than the one we visited yesterday on Delaware my daughter asked to try 3 things on the lady said no and walk away we asked the cashier and she said no with the explanation that the store closes in 20 mins and they want to clean up we were the only ones in the store I will never go back there again”
“I really appreciate the excellent customer service from everyone! I tried on several different styles and sizes of boots which was so helpful finding the perfect fit. That’s all I planed on buying, but also grabbed a pair of fleece lined pants that are probably the most comfortable pair of pants I’ve ever worn. And a pullover on a whim. Again, several helpful employees along the way answering questions. The most friendly staff, many thanks!”

The only issue I have is I need Petite, as being short.....
The store does NOT carry Petite, you have to order on line.
That was my greatest disappointment, so I'll continue ordering on line and not visiting the store.”

“The cashier, Donna, who helped me on March 15, 2025 went the extra mile. I hadn't activated my new Kohl's card so she used my old card anyway. She personally wrote the number down for me so that I could activate my new card. She was gracious and kind, and didn't make me feel like a bother, even though I know I was!”
“Love this store. The couple times I’ve been here the staff really stands out from many other shopping experiences. They are friendly, so attentive, don’t forget about you in the fitting room, and super patient. They always seem happy and like they enjoy their job which to me really says a lot. Sadly, that’s not always the case when shopping but the team here makes me love this store for more than just their clothes. They also have a decent selection and are always willing to order sizes/ colors if they are out.”

“I don't shop at Macy's I had to return a few things and the lady I dealt with was amazing. For all you people out there you need a receipt n for you people who smoke, if they cannot resell it because of the smell they do not take it back it is their full discretion!!!!
