I never write reviews, but I had the MOST rude employee in the pharmacy answer my call! I just went on here to write the review and noticed 4 days ago someone posted this as well! Probably the same employee!!! Hope they see this and fix the situation there. No one should be treated this way by asking a question!

I never write bad reviews. I don’t write reviews at all for that matter. Until today, I would’ve given this pharmacy 5 stars. But the woman I spoke with today was unbelievably rude and not helpful. I still don’t know why my prescription is not available. This woman had a bit of an accent (not that that matters, I just want people to know what she sounds like in case someone else has the same experience). I am so upset with how I was just treated. It’s truly disgusting how people think they can talk to others. Just wow.

Went there for Home Run Inn pizza They were out in the front( discontinued there bummer ) Zachary working frozen foods went in the back and got me two. Always great service there

Come one Wegs!!! Stop ripping people off. 2 times now I have had to go back to this store for being double charged at the check out. They reweigh my already weighed produce that has the sticker. Then the scanner picks up my tag and charges me a 2nd time for the same item. Also of note, the scales at the register calculate more weight than the self weighed scales. Today it added 10 cents more. That may not seem like much but multiply that by a million customers. The scales should be calibrated correctly so watch out when checking out! Seems illegal that they are not. Also, when I went to the service desk to get a refund on the double charge, she credited me the tag weight and not the correct over weighed double charged item. Very frustrating. I said to her you know it's unfortunate that I have to waste my time and gas coming back here for nothing and she said, yes it is. I mean really?

One thing about this location is that it is very slow. If you're paying with cash, get ready to wait forever because it's as if everyone chats all day and forgets to check those out. Another thing is that they lack variety. The hot bar and all the take out items including soups are very lackluster. I also notice that the bakery section does not have items that other locations carry. Such as tres leche. Not even for Cinco de Mayo... yikes! lastly, the sub shop is okay. My only complaint is the main lead is very cocky and gives obnoxious vibes. Definitely laying off the subs for now. The positive is the buzz cafe section, I enjoy the breakfast sandwiches as they are made fresh upon request! Very filling & a great way to start your morning. All in all, I would much rather take the extra drive out to the Wegmans on Maple, also off the NF Blvd, as they have much greater variety and better service.

(SUB SHOP REVIEW) I will officially never go here for a sub again. IDK what happened but It's gone to shit. The past 3 subs have been god awful. Untoasted and if they were toasted it was for maybe 5 seconds. & the driest sub I have ever eaten. I ask for BBQ chicken finger & get maybe a squirt MAX of BBQ sauce. I've had to add the sauce in myself the past few times. God forbid I ask them for extra sauce because they literally don't put any sauce on the fingers, and then they charge extra. This past sub I ate I took apart and it looked like they didn't even add any sauce or mayo. If they are going to continue to be stingy with ingredients like that I will be stingy and take my business elsewhere. No more overpriced dry subs. Chicken finger subs are one of my favorite things to eat and the sub I got today got thrown in the trash. Jim's it is.

I'm between a few locations but I use this wegmans especially at night as it's in a safer neighborhood and it's a big enough location to have everything I need. It's a really convenient location with other stores on the block to do one stop shopping.

Always have an issue with me my son does not seem to matter they have issues getting meds in they have issues getting the scipts in there system even though it’s confirmed been sent to from the doctor so sick of it will be looking for new pharmacy

I don't think I've ever had a bad experience in a Wegmans, this one is no exception. Everything is always clean and welcoming - it is truly a top notch grocery store. The shelves are well stocked, the isles are well lit, and all of the fresh food is exactly that, fresh. Employees are knowledgeable about their products, and you can always ask someone where something is, or for a recommendation and get an actual answer. More grocery store should be like this, this is grocery shopping done right. I will also give a special nine to the deli manager Rob him, he does a great job running the deli, and I've always found their displayed and products to be excellent.

Highly overpriced, you'd probably spend about half what you spend here if you go to Tops or Walmart instead.

I think it’s awful that you make your employees wear a mask. It isn’t mandated, covid is low and every other business doesn’t require this. My son works there and it’s a very physical job. He would like to breathe. Managers are mean and demanding, you need to get it together. These masks can’t be forever.

Not at all happy with Wegmans. While shopping today I noticed at least 10 shoppers not wearing mask. I informed 2 workers and even asked one to inform management. No one did a thing. After I checked out i spoke with the manager and was informed that by law they cannot force anyone to wear a mask. They can ask them-to but cannot make them or ask them to leave. Really!! Even as we spoke two women were checking out with no mask. I asked the manager why she does not approach them and was told “why bother, theybare done”. I quess I will be shopping at Tops!
