I’m am severely ill, causing me not being able to breathe, which one of my prescriptions being an inhaler. I called multiple times during the day nicely asking, all different people each time telling me they don’t know what to tell me and there’s nothing they can do. I asked politely if they could reach out for my prescriptions after I did repeatedly with no success. I walked in to talk to a manger and was directed toward the pharmacist. I was nice but wanted to inform him. He told me “my staff didn’t show up today, you get what you get”. A adult man said that to a teenager….sad….

Worst pharmacy service I ever received. The pharmacy staff had no idea what they were talking about. One associate tells you one thing and when you get that another associate tells you different. I wish I had the option to give zero stars. It has been over a week now and haven't received my prescription.

By far one of the worst pharmacies I’ve been to at a walgreen. Wait times are RIDICULOUS (when there is NO one else in line or waiting?). I sat for over an hour for a prescription that they said would take 30 minutes and I could have a seat or shop around… & ya know what? The prescription was WRONG. I’ve waited in line for 5 minutes for a pack of Sudafed…. No one in line, no one came to service me. Really poor customer service, will be avoiding from now on.

Cashier greeted me and offered assistance as soon as I walked through the door.

Be prepared to wait in line, 40 min to over an hour, even in the drivethrough- whenever you pick up a prescription. We started going elsewhere.

Got passport photos for 2 adults and 2 kids. They were busy, fine, told them we could pick them up and gave our phone number. They lost our number and didn’t call. Then when we went to pick up they couldn’t find the photos. After all of that it cost $75. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? That costs more than the garbage little point and shoot camera they used. We will no longer print any pictures at Walgreens. Online print services have now gained our business

Today, I went shopping for a few items at this Walgreens. My order was 2 packs of gum and lavender tissue paper. Total cost was $6.I let the store associate know my order was tax exempt and proceeded to provide her with my tax exempt code. She said nothing came up, but I could tell she wasn't exactly sure what to do, so I asked for help, like any person would.I asked to please ask for help from someone who might know how to do so.She got the manager. When the manager came, she very blatantly told me she needed a tax exempt form/piece of paper to process my order.I don't , never have, carried a piece of paper for tax exemption. The tax ID automatically populates the information in the system. So instead of admitting she didn't know how to process it, she rudely told me she wasn't going to do it without the piece of paper.I called my employer, because this order was an exemption through then, in which they proceeded to confirm there is no form. The only information needed was the ID.I spent 20-30 minutes in the store dealing with basically a poor attitude from the manager simply because she did not know how to process my tax exemption. It's not my fault that no one has the knowledge on how to do it.So, as I didn't have an hour to waste buying 3 items, I googled the instructions. I found the instructions and proceeded to give them to the store manager. She acted like she didn't even want to look me in the eye or get the instructions so I could be on my way lol.I never got an apology for her attitude or rude behavior, or for the fact that she didn't have the knowledge on how to process the order, and didn't care enough to be solution minded and help me. I don't work there, so how would I know how to use their POS system ?Anyway. For any Shipt workers, here's the instructions. You're welcome. Because they simply do not care and have no problem catching an attitude about it. they obviously didn't train their employees on how to process Shipt orders, which is not the employees fault. But don't be rude to shoppers and customers because you don't know how to do your part of the job....that's unacceptable.

Worst experience at a pharmacy. I’ll call in to refill a prescription and they’ll confirm say it’ll be done by end of the day. When I call in to the automatic system it says no refilled are scheduled. So I speak with a tech who says it’ll be ready tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and it’s still not ready they swear next day for sure they’re waiting on a “delivery” now I’m three days without my meds and starting to feel withdrawals. Next day comes they never even knew I wanted the prescription refilled. This place is a joke, no follow up at all if the meds weren’t available why not offer to send it to another store? Will never refill my meds here again.

Horrendous customer service at pharmacy. Long wait times for calls (was on hold for pharmicist for 14 min) and massive lines in store at pharmacy. Came in for vaccine and took forever to be helped, but no one even apologized or cared. I usually love Walgreens, but this location I won't be back to if it can be helped.

The pharmacy has the worst customer service over the phone and this one woman who answers the phone tries to stahl my medications that my doctor sends over. It’s kinda simple to help someone who needs it but to act like I’m asking for a million dollars is just mind blowing. Although the Pharmacy manager Tom or Tony is awesome and works with me to try and figure stuff out like pre- Auth. Or reaching back out to the doctor but other than that, PSH ???

had an appointment at 10 for Covid test. Have had dozens of these done last year for my workplace. I sat at the window for almost 10 minutes why two women were doing their own talking and could see that I was there but gave me no attention. Finally one walked over and asked why I was there? I proceeded to tell her. She talked to me in a very minor town you're sort of bothering me voice. Then said I have to go get things together. What? I had an appointment for 10. After five minutes I drove away when she did not return. Going to WellNow urgent care instead...

This morning, I figured I'd do some holiday shopping. And what better place than perpetually welcoming Walgreens? Turns out, pretty much anywhere.I arrived in the parking lot and realized I didn't have a face mask. This was admittedly very irresponsible of me, but I figured I'd at least go inside and ask if there were any available. Please keep in mind, I was not asking for a free mask hand out, and I don't believe that can be assumed from my simple "do you have any masks available?".The impertinent response I received was an indicator- this Walgreens is no longer the accommodating customer-oriented business I had expected."Not for free, we don't"Yeah, no kidding. The improperly constructed grammar aside, I feel this reply was disproportionate to what I felt was a reasonable request. I wasn't even asking for a freebie. But through my shock, I barely stammered, "b-b-but Rite Aid does.""GO TO RITE AID THEN".I most certainly will. I cannot fathom how Walgreens- a company relying on consumer revenue- had the ability to acquire so many Rite Aid stores, but the former is grossly superior in terms of service. The transaction history on my Walgreens account extends for years. Being the loyal customer I once was, I've invested a sickening amount of money toward your store. But you might as well delete the entire thing because I promise you- I will never step into another Walgreens again.I will do my best to protect other potential customers from your establishment. If this disgusting behavior is now typical of Walgreens employees, you don't deserve a customer ever again.

Racism store. I had an appointment for covid test. But the guy in the window said that the test is only provide for American CITIZEN. Even I had show my student id and other resident identification.
