My wife and myself have been coming to this Walgreens for over 5 years for prescriptions. The Pharmacy Department has gotten progressively worse over the years. Their is a young pharmacist who needs a strong attitude adjustment, Justin is his name. He never converses, doesn't listen, never looks at you in your eyes and is too busy to offer any substantial advice. My wife and myself, are moving our business elsewhere. He was not at all concerned that we were. Life is too short to get caught up in someone else's unhappy life.

Matthew the pharmacy tech at Walgreens during my morning call was super professional, helpful & knowledgeable! I was in need of a prescription transfer because my meds were on back order at my normal pharmacy with no ETA. Matthew called my local pharmacy and had my prescription transfered & ready at their drive-thru window in less than an hour. Matt understood the importance & need of my medication during our call without explanation. He even personally called me to let me know my meds were ready before I received the text notification. It was altogether an AWESOME experience! Thanks Matthew!

I usually don't shop here, but I was in the neighborhood and needed to pick up a few things, the customer service was outstanding and the items were easy to locate, the store was bright and clean, easy parking. What I really liked was the customer service, they went over and beyond helping me, especially being a senior sometimes I have a problem finding items

Every time I enter the store EVERY time. The "managers" are never at the cashiers desk like they don't care about their jobs and think they can do what they want. And they're too rude and disrespectful. Today when I arrived to use Western Union one of them was on the machine and USING IT printing out his own personal photos. And the woman had the nerve to lie and say it was for an order when I said something. You can clearly see him in the photo. And if it were an order they would've dome it in the back. So after I finished I went to the cashier to pay and surprise surprise. Neither one of them were there. Doing anything useful and a line had formed. People looking around and waiting like me, as always. And I called for some assistance and they came out of the back. Obviously hiding from customers so they didn't have to do their jobs and she had the nerve to try and be ignorant and call the people behind me to go first. I said no ma'am I have bills to pay on time and you won't be ignorant and she took her sweet time on the register. Every time I go in there there's also new people being trained. It should say a lot. They feel like they have a leg up because they're managers and seem to not be able to hire wellIn the end it only hurts the cooperation.

I dropped my Fedex package but Fedex has not received it and when I called the store trying to explain, they hung up the phone on me.

Update: The pharmacy doesn't seem to hire intelligent individuals either, case in point, the employee told me that the previous address did not match my current one. This was the first time I had to fill a prescription for this child in about 11 years. So I used my child's date of birth instead, the employee made a big deal that the address wasn't current, like people don't move?Previous Experience: Their tags do not match the price at the register. This has happened to me one too many times. November 22, 2020 I told the cashier that my total was much higher then expected. I asked for her to help me review the item costs and she just stared at me. Again my total is too high and something not right. She literally stared at me without saying a single word. I had to pay for the items to get my receipt. I looked it over and was overcharged for 3 items. The manager had to refund my $14. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. That was just rude on the cashier's part.

The people that work at the pharmacy needs an attitude check. I understand that working at the pharmacy is stressful especially during COVID. Putting a smile and being nice to customers makes a huge difference. We asked a simple question to make sure that our tests results would come back in time before we crossed the border. The person did not have to be rude and roll her eyes. We will not come back. Teach your employees some respect before you hire them.

Gives my mom a hard time about the new address. We haven't lived in a specific address since I was really young. Everytime we go there they always say well that isn't what it says here. People move last I checked but okay. Funny how rite AIDS always had it correct but they can't. Really need to update their system and stop being rude to the costumers.

I had two new prescriptions sent over early Friday and was told it was ready. Went to pick up up around 5 and the pharmacy was already closed though the hours said 9pm. I asked someone in store why they closed early and he didn’t have an answer. Early the next day I called the store and asked what time the pharmacy was open and a man said 9am-9pm. 6:08 I show up for my prescriptions and they’re closed again. Thanks for wasting my time. Changing pharmacies asap.
