I was charged 5 times what the sign said for the item. After realizing I was overcharged, I turned around, went back to the cashier for a refund.
I was not allowed a refund because I did not not have my ID on me.
I asked for the manager. The store manager, named Orlando, also refused to refund my money.
If the sign is wrong in the store, and you’re overcharged, make sure you can show Orlando all of your detailed personal information without any explanation or discretion by Walgreens.
The signs regularly don’t match the price charged at the register.

Hunter was awesome! He handles other customer quickly and efficiently. He helped me at the photo center while also taking other customers very efficiently where other companies with capabilities to convert DVDs just ended up sending me elsewhere. 5 stars as he knew exactly how to do it, it was a fraction of the price elsewhere and service was quick! Thank you Hunter and if there's a reward program he deserves recognition!

Lady at the pharmacy is rude and talking down to pharmacy techs. Embarrasing behavior for what I assume is the person in charge. Middle age with glasses. I had two separate visits to pick up medication and both times her attitude and reactions rubbed me the wrong way.

Called about a prescription yesterday and when I misunderstood what the pharmacist said she gave me the nastiest attitude. Like you don't even know me, who do you think you are?

went on saturday 2/3 and don’t know if the lady in the pharmacy was stressed or overwhelmed but she could have been nicer. i also saw her toss one of my medications on the ground and when i asked her about it she said that i only had 2 prescriptions ready.

Walked in for a flu/COVID test. Took only about 20 mins, and the results were emailed quickly. Unfortunately, false negatives are very common and I still feel horrible. They don’t accept any insurance but $20 is fair. The pharmacy tech helping me was very nice. Some of these negative reviews are absolutely ridiculous. I had a good experience.

This store is so clean! I don’t know why there are negative reviews. The employees are cheerful and the manager Jess was super helpful.

This place closes at 9:55, not 10:00 just for the record. I showed up at 9:56 wanting to buy a quick thing of candy and the doors were shut with 3 employees just hanging out inside. I get wanting to go home “after” work, but it’s not the end of the world for them to leave at 10:05 so the store can stay open to the time it’s supposed to. I’ve also purchased candy that was opened, then TAPED shut in a way that you couldn’t tell on first look. This place sucks and I’m going to complain to corporate. Don’t care if that makes me a Karen or not

Just got denied a German passport picture for my baby although I have had some taken at Walgreens for my other daughter. Not coming here again if people don’t wanna do their job. Don’t recommend this store. Go somewhere else

Wow. These people couldn’t be more rude and less helpful. I had a simple question for the pharmacy manager and he couldn’t have sounded more bothered. He preferred to argue with me than to just answer what I asked. He asked personal medical questions he didn’t need to know, like why my doctor sent over a certain authorization. When I asked to speak to the store manager, she simply defended him and blamed me. Don’t give this store your business.

Walked in store at 3165 Sheridan at Millersport young lady in cosmetics and woman behind register- no greeting. I greeted both of them. Picked up candy and gatorade. Went to register- no one there. Looked around-no one. Waited a minute and left. Saw a male clerk outside on his way in. Went to the cvs on harlem , greeted and waited on. Imagine that!
