Purchase sneakers online and pickup in store but the sneakers didn't fit, wanted to return but was offered store credit because their new system doesn't except returns online unless you want store credit. Was told that I would get a free shipping label to return item but no that is not the case, I have to pay for return shipped so I'm out of money. Be aware if you want to return an item to the store they will be unable to return it. SMH

Absolutely terrible experiences I've come here multiple times and the store isn't open when its supposed to be, there are employees just standing outside in the cold, in the heat, in the rain,and in the snow. It is EXTREMELY unprofessional inconvincing and very inconsiderate of the opening manager. For this to be a reoccurring experience, maybe some reconsideration in management is necessary. Please fix this issue !!

First time in this location. My daughter ordered a pair of sneakers ONLINE from the store in Maryland .my daughter received the wrong sneakers and it was for her Father for Father's day she is not happy at all.I know mistakes happen however let's see how accommodating they will be for their mistake. Maria the store manager at the Amherst location was very helpful, went above and beyond to call customer service for my daughter and assisted her all the way from making sure she sent the email properly. I see why she is a manager. OUTSANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! She could od said it's online call them ..not my problem but she didn't. I appreciate Maria because not all managers are like you I'm just saying.

The staff are nice and they are attentive. Although one day I went there and the guy couldn’t open the store because he was the only one who came to work. But he was very nice about it. However I give only 2 stars because I was disappointed in the selections, not only at the store level but even online they don’t have much selections.

Sold me a pair of Nike sneakers, two different sizes, contacted district manager, they didn't care, so I spent $230.00 with Finish Line, very happy with purchase, received same size.

The stuff was good, but today I went to the store, I was picking a birthday present for my boyfriend, then I thought it’s a bit early today so I decided to buy the clothes on Saturday. When I start to leave the staff member told me that u don’t buy any thing? I said no, she reply so u are here to mess everything up? Then I was like huh?

We bought 3 pairs of sneakers there this time. (Not our first time shopping here.) A pair of Filas for my husband and one for myself and the high top silver sparkle Pumas for my 13 year old daughter. The Pumas and my (white & leopard print) Filas were on sale with mine being 30 bucks and the Pumas being only 20. The only ones we paid more than 50 were for my husband's Filas. They have toddlers, kids, mens and women's sizes.We usually find good sneakers here but they have all sorts of clothes here too. From grateful dead to Urban threads.
