After 9 hours at another Verizon store where we received unprofessional, rude and unhelpful customer service, we went to the Verizon store at 3010 Niagara Falls Blvd Amherst NY 14228. After explaining our previous experience, Yvonne and Athena took all their time to help us correct the issues and errors that were made at the previous Verizon store. Yvonne and Athena are true customer service professionals, and we appeciated their personal attention to problems we were having with our new phones.

We came in to cancel our 4 lime family plan and go with a better deal from AT&T. Shah answered all my questions, listened to what was important to us, and was able to keep us as Verizon customers.

Yvonne ROCKS.
I came in last night originally to switch from my dads plan to a new plan and upgrade my phone and was helped by Kaleb. Kaleb started our interaction by launching into a tirade about how it’s cheaper to be on my dad’s plan. Yeah, I know, if that was an option I wouldn’t be sitting here. Then essentially pushed me out the door when he realized I was coming from a Verizon plan, as this required a few minutes of paperwork. He spent over an hour on the customer before me, setting up their phone settings making sure it connected to CarPlay etc, but didn’t have the time for me at all.
I went in again this morning after being so frustrated with Kaleb, and Yvonne took such amazing care of me. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and also, hilarious. Her and her crew there today, are SUPERSTARS. Yvonne truly turned this interaction from a negative into such amazing positive. Her customer service skills are outstanding and she is the definition of professional. She handled my transfer, walked me through the process of transferring my phone number and creating a new account, smiling, telling jokes and making me feel welcome the entire time. If I have it my way, I’ll only buy phones from her from now on. Thank you so much Yvonne, you are awesome!!!!!!!!

Went into the store since it appeared that Verizon was running some good deals. It was my lucky day to have Max Noonan take care of me. He ran through the deals and wrote it up on a quote sheet. No high pressure sales. I left and a day or so contacted him as Verizon had even better deals. Ordered 5 new Iphone 16 pro and pro max, changed data plan and my bill actually went down. Max was excepional and I would highly recommend asking for him as he knows what he is doing and does not waste your time. Professional and knowledgible. He was very patient with all of my questions especially during set-up. Answers texts quickly. Superb experience.

I received superb service from Nathan today. He helped me find the perfect home and custom set it up to meet my specific needs. I cannot say enough about the wonderful employee who beats the standards of any Verizon employee. Kudos to a terrific guy who put me on the right path with a new phone and new understanding of how it will work best for me. Thank you Nathan!

The stores in in tip top shape and very clean but customer service is another story , now let me first say there is a way you talk to people and I am not your bro, I am a customer that has been with Verizon for 20 years , and second of all we were here for an hour and I didn’t even get a phone because the guy was so involved in looking over my phone with a microscope, as we sat in silence for 25 mins while the phone was ringing off the hook super loud when there was a girl there doing absolutely nothing. She couldn’t answer it. What really pissed me off was I had a screen protector on my phone which cost me 50 dollars and he pulled it off and crack it, so now it’s garbage , and proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to get another phone I would have to take my phone to apple and get the screen replaced because it has a tiny scratch the size of piece of hair you can’t see. It’s impossible to keep screen scratch free unless you are going to provide a screen protector with every 1600 dollar phone we purchase . I am so pissed ofd yet again version wasted an hour of time and wouldn’t let me upgrade because of this tiny scratch, we pay $250 dollars a month for our phone that we have had for 20 years , I am ready to cancel this crappy phone carrier because they are not all about there customer ..

My elderly father accidentally downloaded multiple viruses onto his smartphone, he was unable to use his phone at all. We sought help at this Verizon location, Nathan spent two hours with us and corrected the problem. He was patient and very kind, even thanked my Dad for his military service when we were leaving. Great young man, hard to find customer service like this anywhere. Nathan deserves a raise!

My parents and I had a great experience at this Verizon location today! Andrew assisted us with all our needs. He was super patient (especially when Asurion was upselling and not so easy to work with), knowledgeable, and kind (was also hilarious, which was wonderful, especially in going through all of the steps with the Asurion claim and new phone/accessories)! Thank you Andrew for all of your help and for going above and beyond!! We appreciate you and God bless you also!!

Brandon gave us excellent service on the purchase of a new phone. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to assist us with the purchase. He offered to assist us with any issues we might have with the phone. We are very satisfied.
