Max was extremely helpful to me multiple times whether it be for my broken SIM card, charing port, or getting a new phone. I definitely recommend coming here and working with Max!!

We were not greeted when we entered the store, but customers who came in after us were. Eventually, an associate came over. He referred us to the corporate location up the street after stating he did not have the ability to set up the phone that was shipped to the store (but not purchased there). Corporate store explained this location is not an actual Verizon store (it's privately owned), so it's sales-focused. Obviously, they weren't going to spend time assisting with a non-sales interaction. We were treated much better at the corporate location up the street. Not sure why anyone would bother with this location when the real deal is a mile away.

Max was a super employee! We know we are not easy but he was so helpful and patient with setting up my aunt's new phone and going step by step with her through how to use it.
The store itself has a large selection of phones and accessories, is air conditioned, and there was no wait. I 100% recommend this location.

We received excellent customer service from Yvonne and Kayla at Verizon. Their knowledge, expertise and patience made the upgrade in our phones an excellent experience. Yvonne went above and beyond searching for applicable discounts that we were eligible for. The transfer of data, contacts from our old phone to new phones was seamless. Thank you Yvonne and Kayla.

Had a fantastic experience with Linet. She was extremely helpful and kind, and didn't try to oversell me on anything which I greatly appreciate. I see a lot of mixed reviews below mine, I would recommend going and working with Linet she was fantastic.

I live in the country and with my previous provider I would continuously drop calls. Their solution was to turn airplane mode off and on to acquire a signal. But Maxwell Evans at Verizon had another solution. He recommended a Hotspot. I used it for a couple of days and was sold. I haven't dropped a call since and my high-speed is just that. I've followed Maxwell to 3 stores for implementation and for help with questions and associates at each have been extremely professional and cordial. I would definitely recommend Verizon...ask for Maxwell. He's the best!

Linet’ Fox one of Verizon’s sells representative was the best! she was fairly new and the only one in store and juggled a variety of task, with great costumer services skills! Very attentive, kind and thorough with her job.

I learned my lesson becoming a customer here! I came here , because I wasn’t happy with Spectrum. But I made the mistake of coming to this location. First when they switched me over they couldn’t even cash me out on Sunday, they said there system was down. So they screwed me over on my old phone and left me with no service on it. Came back to finally pay for the new phone and they kept me there for 4 hours!!!! I was at the store till 8:30 pm. Store closes at 7pm. The guy told me he needed 3 more dollars. Locked me outside in the freezing cold while he finished with my phone set up, came outside to grab the money from me. Didn’t even give me a receipt or anything for proof of payment. If you come here stay away from Edward!! Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience becoming a new customer.

Verizon customer representative wasted my time at the store and would not let cellular service to transfer down the iPhone eSIM from the thirteen to the fourteen pro max. Never purchasing data, talk, or text from this company ever again.

Went in to switch service to verison didn't realize they closed at 7 we showed up at like 650 the employees there were inconvenienced by that and super short and rude with us and were telling us it was going to take about 20 minutes to switch service over and that we should just come back some other time.
