I try and give the smaller business my business, and have given this location many opportunities. Visited this location last weekend, and had a few heavy things in my cart. As a an older woman, as I was leaving all I heard the manager say was make sure you get her cart brought back in. NOT, see if she needs help putting her items in her car. Was at this location during winter to pick up a very heavy bag of ice melt. Same thing, no help, no one offered, just worried about the damn cart! I will be using a different location.

I was able to our have what I was looking for.This particular location is run by polite persons. Knowledgeable and friendly. I chose this one over the Delaware Ave one in Tonawanda as that one isn't a good place to get assistance anymore for a long time.
