I called with minimal knowledge of what sort of tires I was looking for, and Don talked me through it with kindness and humor in a way that didn’t leave me feeling stupid. Not a single member of the team was condescending, and as a female in a mechanic setting it’s a rare thing to genuinely find. The tires we bought work perfectly for what I need and the work was done quickly and correctly. The price was almost half of what I was quoted at the dealer, and while buying tires generally sucks I will be happy to be a repeat customer.”
