Only use it as a convenience store. Definitely not for regular grocery shopping. You’re lucky if there is one cashier open with a long slow line, while at least 3 or 4 “managers” stand around their little podium trying to act like they are doing something useful. No, I don’t want to buy 40-50 things at the self check out, thank you.The people at the customer service desk are completely cold and act like you just kicked their cat. I suspect lazy upper management lets the inmates run the asylum.

All Deli does is talk and take forever working. They also treat their job like it's a high school harassing employees into walking out.

I gave 1 star because I didn't have the lower choice. I went in early and purchased a slice of breakfast pizza. The 2 employees were completely clueless and incompetent. They didn't know how to heat the pizza properly and not to mention the fact the the crust was still uncooked. Don't have time to go back and return. So, lesson learned. I will NOT return to this tops on Maple rd again

I have always liked the location, cleanliness, and convenience of this Tops location, but today the manager helped me out and I had to write a review. I ran in for one item-an onion-but I mistakenly left my house without my wallet. I unsuccessfully attempted to troubleshoot with customer service to use Venmo or something to avoid having to make another trip, but the manager saw me in the store and noticed I was distraught so he came over to talk to me (I didn't ask for him-he came to me). After I told him my dilemma, he gifted me the onion. That simple $1 gesture made a huge impression on me. Wished I would have gotten his name to thank him by name. That manager’s little gesture earned my appreciation and loyalty.

No one wants to work here and for good reason. Front end is too lazy to cover breaks for their cashiers, their food workers, or their in store shoppers and the new manager does no wonders for this place. They complain about use of phones despite the fact they're compromising people's safety. I almost applied but glad I dodged a bullet.

The store is good, Employees are nice and helpful, bathrooms are real clean and so is the store. The only real disappointment is the bottle return, it's a mess. Usually machines are over filled and it difficult getting someone to empty the machines. The room really needs to be cleaned up. We shop there every week and I dread taking returns every week. I wish Tops could look at this area and straighten it out.We enjoy the grocery store experience and recommend Tops. Don't let the bottle return discourage your grocery shopping.Thank you,Mark

expensive, dirty. the area in the back of produce where they keep bottled water stinks like a dirty public restroom. expired products on shelves some by as many as 30 days, every single Tops I've been to since 2018 is like this. weird confrontational people shop or lurk here, in spring 2022 a vehicle with at least two people in it shouted something to me about "you don't swing the right way buddy" as they sped off, I did nothing to provoke them. very disappointing that you can't feel safe when you're out risking catching COVID.

So how come there's a lot of employees standing around and not 1 of them is able to cover a 30 minute break for what appears to be the only "Qualified " customer service representative. Meanwhile they watched several of us standing line until some left . Not even an apology or attempt to help. So much for customer service

$7.50 for this wilted garbage lol. Made fresh daily obviously does not mean fresh ingredients. They had it covered up nicely at the store and I even was picky on which one I grabbed. I mean the few bites I had were sour and I can even finish it. Be better off making my own. Not impressed Tops.

Shopping while black on Sept 26,2022.A white Karen store employee apparently lies on me.Two managers came out of the store demanding to see my receipt saying an employee said I went to the bathroom with my bag of purchased hood after going through self check out.My bag was tied and yes I needed to use the restroom.needless to say I returned all my items for full refund and there was not one stolen item don't steal!
