The staff at T-mobile really know how to take care of my issues.Frank took care of me recently in store.He showed me how to take care of 3 issues. The price, quality, and professional help, is what keeps my husband and I return customers! I recommend them to everyone! Thank you T- mobile!

Costumer service from youngest staff is horrible in this location . He left me speaking and looked in his iPad neglecting me . There was no one in there except another costumer with another staff.He is not qualified to be costumer service at all. I never go to this location.

Came here a few months ago because I was traveling and I tried getting an Esim that didn’t work and locked my phone and actually had to buy a brand new phone but the biggest issue here was the rude worker that “helped” me was so rude and disrespectful. Do not recommend coming here if you want anything done.

Excellent experience!!!! Usually hard when you deal with sneaky sales people, and hidden fees... and surprises.... Val was GREAT!!!!! Great energy, communication is 100% and extremely transparent.... a breath of fresh air!!! even if you don't like the answer she will give it to you so there's no surprises... If you are looking for new services or get better services... Walk right in and ask for Val. I swear either way if you leave with new phones and services or you dont you will be happy. Thanks!!!!!

I came here and told the worker id like to buy A screen protector for my phone and she said OK and she’s playing on her personal phone trying to look up my number for my warranty and she’s like I can’t find you. I said I wasn’t getting a replacement. I need to buy a brand new one cause I don’t have one and then she made a smirk comment as she was walking by, then when she comes back, she’s being all snotty playing on her personal phone again . Very rude customer service and it’s my 1st time at this location . ALSO SLIDING MY PHONE AROUND ON THE TABLE WOTH NO PHONE CASE ON IT FRONT AND BACK . Idk her name but she was very ignorant

When I went to the Niagara Falls Blvd and Ridge lea location I saw 8 employees standing around and ended up with the most uninterested and petulant guy who was clearly not interested in being there. My son wanted to purchase a new phone and transfer his data and the guy put the two phones together on the table and tapped the phone and walked away while mumbling " it wont take long". He then sat down with his back to us and when we asked him a question he stuck his arm out and said "let me see". He was lazy and miserable. I wasn't sure if he was tired or had a bad night. Definitely not the right personality as he has an attitude. I will definitely go to another location.

I switched the TMobile 3 years ago after many years as a loyal Verizon customer. Now T-Mobile is treating me like Verizon use to. Thinking of switching carriers again.

The people here were honestly terrible. Not all of them, just a few. They were extremely rude. I was trying to do a simple switch from cricket to T-mobile and the staff was not competent. They were being very confusing because a bunch of them were saying different things, and then they treated me like I was stupid and annoying when I was trying to ask questions about something they weren’t explaining well at all. Then after all that, it turned out they were wrong, and had to back track. Then they were huffy and annoyed that I was taking too long because I really just wanted to understand and clarify. Then they were trying to move it along and were legit being extremely short and rude with me as if I was the incompetent one. It was so unprofessional, I was honestly just blown away and so surprised that some of the people there were allowed to work there. Seems like a management problem, and with how they were short and rude with each other as well, I’m assuming there is some major problems with how they work the place, and maybe pressure on the people. Not sure, but that was bad. Definitely would avoid this place if you and your family don’t want to be treated like garbage.

Always helpful when you have a quick question or need something adjusted on your cell phone. The parking lot is a bit hard to get out of with all the traffic.

I went there to see what my options were because my IPhone 13 was broken, I stood there for 35 minutes which is fine because I understand it gets busy. However, one of their employees said he could help me. After inspecting my phone, He told me I could trade my phone in on the jump plan. I waited patiently for another 20 minutes, he had me turn off find my iPhone. Then he comes out and tells me he can’t take my device because there’s a “crack on the camera” even though he previously said it was fine. Complete disgrace.

Got a big sigh from the person helping us when we told her why we were there. Then she went to the back to ask her manager how to do it. She began helping us, but when I produced my Canadian driver’s license for ID was told “the program won’t let me put that in”. Zero problem solving. Went across to AT&T and signed up with them, no issue.

Worst customer service of my life at 1715 Niagara Falls Blvd . The woman with glasses and long dark hair as well as the woman with short purple hair need to do better. Decided to transfer from Cricket to Tmobile because of the 10 dollar plan. Needed to unlock my phone which I did as well as give them my account number and number porting pin. Everything transferred over just fine except I wasn't able to make phone calls right away which they said was normal and also took longer for cricket holders. When I returned the next day they told me their is something wrong with my phone and that I would need to buy a new one. Wanted to get a refund on my plan but could not. Ended up going home because I did not have 200 dollars to spend on a new phone. My moms boyfriend looked at my phone and fixed it by resetting my access point as well as manually selecting network operators. How he is more competent than your employees is mind-boggling. The two employees I spoke of were awful. Your company needs to do a better job at training its staff and judging someones character because the two I spoke of have none. Just do better.

Came here to upgrade my phone.. I wanted to pay off a majority of it so that my monthly payments wouldn’t be so high. The lady that helped me said not too because my “bill won’t change at all!” Well, it did indeed change.. now I pay almost double what I was.. over $100 for just one phone line and there’s nothing they can do!! I just got off the phone with another lady higher up who said she’s frustrated for me and that the employee should not have lied to me like that. Terrible service. I’ve been with them for 5+ years and now I’m spending way too much just to have a phone. I also called the store to speak to a manager, was told I would receive a call back, and never did. The amount of people that are so careless when it comes to work nowadays is absurd. Will not be coming back to this store and will not be a T-Mobile customer much longer.

Frank was amazing! He was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything! My husband insisted on coming into this location than any other ones because of the customer service we received here! I did not believe him until I experienced it myself! Thank you Frank! ☺️
