Yesterday, 5/21/24 I visited this location to get gas. Upon pulling forward from the pump, I hit an object with my car. There was a cement flower planter in the drive path and considerable damage was done to my car. When I went to speak to the supervisor Mary, I was met with a far less than helpful response. I was told "it's not like I am the only one to hit it and that it's not her problem that others have hit it and it is now where it's not supposed to be. " Her suggestion was for me to put the damage through my insurance for repairs. When I asked for a point of escalation, I was told that she is it. She also refused to provide me with any point of contact as "she was going to need to speak with people and that hopefully one of them would be willing to call me." Needless to say, that did not happen. My family regularly uses this gas station and I am beyond disappointed at the non-existent customer service.

Was looking for place that sells non-ethanol gas for lawn mower and snow blower. They have 2 pumps!

They are the only place in Amherst (that I know of) that has Organic American Spirits, which are (I'd say) by far the best cigs in the world. Also, Orange Rockstar Recovery energy drinks. Til 12:00 AM
