I have never had such a horrible experience with a cell/internet provider. I wanted to remove 1 of 2 lines after a messy break up. In 8 months: Spectrum continued to charge me for two lines, I would call every month, they would tell me it was fixed, and it would happen again the next month, at one point they added a third line with no authorization to do so and NOW, NEARLY THREE MOMTHS AFTER CANCELLING MY SERVICE, I just received an unauthorized charge from spectrum. At first I really hoped I was having a uniquely awful experience but this has just kept getting worse and worse.

Spectrum is pricing themselves out of reach. I canceled my TV service and just kept internet. Was there to return my box. Long wait to do that but the mints were good.

They do not take equipment back here even though the reps on the phone tell you to bring equipment to the stores.

I never write reviews, especially bad ones, but I'm making an exception in this case. The staff at this location let people wait for more than a half hour before telling them that they can no longer return equipment in the store, which is the exact opposite of what the main website says, as well as people on Spectrum's chat.On top of that, the man who told customers that was rude and laughed at one other woman who had children with her. She called him on it, and he said he was laughing "at something else".Store will not take calls too.

Came here to return old equipment and was refused and told to go to UPS. Website clearly states that Spectrum stores must accept old Spectrum owned equipment. Confusing, but pretty on-par with what I would expect from a company like this.

"Technical support" on the phone was useless! They even referred me to the manufacturer of my phone! Went to the store and it took the guy 2 seconds to fix my issue. People on the phone should not be considered "Technical support"!!!

We went here to upgrade our phones as well as Switch to Spectrum and Zack helped us.Zack is the Most knowledgeable and Incredible person and deserves a raise and moved to Management for as Incredible as He is.

How much does it cost to be a nice person? $0.00 Jim at spectrum is disrespectful and unkind. Kindness goes a long way these days. If you’re unhappy maybe it’s time to consider retirement.

I got my phone service switched to spectrum and overall I had a good experience and it didn't take long to do but the employee I was working with was very rude and acted like I was stupid for not knowing all the ins and out of how to switch phone service plans. The other worker was very friendly and made up for it though.

I could have received better customer service from a rock. Jim at the front desk was terribly demeaning, gave little effort to understand my situation, and was overall very judgmental. He does not belong in customer service at all.

Mark was amazing person i really help ask for him if u go there 100% recommended he works at bulivard plaza amherst 14226 one more about the mangment i wanna say at that location i see people was mad about long wait time becoz if some one wanna buy a phone this take longer then normal time you guys should do some for this problem other wise everything was cool i been using specturm from last 10 years and im happy good luck
