Got a house wifi from here. They offerd a one-year free simcard with that which seems good ... BUT. They don't let you bring your own device. I had an A15 samsung from amazon but didn't even test if it works with their sim. So I bought a new A15 5G from them which literally does not work. It is slow as hell. And you have only 14 days to return. Normally can't evaluate a phone in 14 days. They sold the phone 60 bucks more than amazon with lower specs.

Just moved to Buffalo from Canada and had to set up a lot of internet and mobile stuff. I got the help I needed to set up my home internet and phone plan very quickly. The staff member helping me was very friendly and efficient. They also seem to be very patient in dealing with clients. Overall, I had a good experience.

I had 2 guys come out in 3days! Problem didn't get resolved! Until HUGO!! He spent over 2hours!! To take care of the problem, a very nice guy and good worker! Thank you HUGO!!

Went into this store to return a brand new router that they gave me because i plugged it in and it wasn't working. There was only one employee working and he was helping this lady with her phone, didn't say hello to me or anything only started complaining about how someone called in sick and how he was stuck working there. I'm sitting here for 10-15 minutes while he's still working with the customer, and two more people walk in. He complains more and says that he's going to have to "lock the doors for 10 minutes" to stop people from coming in. And then complains AGAIN about how his coworker called in. When he finally helps me out, he starts swearing underneath his breath about how his day was going. I get it, it's memorial Day weekend and you don't wanna be here, but don't openly complain to the customers about it. We have our own issues (that's why we're in the store in the first place) and we don't need to hear about yours. Put a smile on your face and show some enthusiasm, you might even make some sales out of it and earn commission in the meantime.

Went into the Amherst NY Spectrum and came out of there beyond satisfied. A young man by the name of VON was so helpful and knowledgeable he actually made the process of switching carriers pleasant. As a senior citizen I was very apprehensive of making the change but couldn’t be more please. 5 stars to Von for being such a great employee.

Five stars to Adam who installed our new router and made sure that all three TVs were working properly he was very nice and very knowledgeable and to the technician Raymond as well as the other technicians I've talked to they are all very nice and very knowledgeable thank you so much and I will enjoy our new spectrum...??
