I stopped by shipping HQ shortly after Hannah did in the other review the same day for a fingerprint appointment and that same main guy was very nice and helpful! 10/10

I don’t know the name of the main guy working here, but he has terrible customer service skills and is so rude it’s unbelievable. Literally will never set foot in there again.
