Absolutely do not recommend. My step mother took my son today to get his hair cut before we leave for vacation on Saturday. He has been here 3 times before and never once had an issue. He gets 3 on the sides and the back and finger length (longer than the sides and back) on the top of his head. HE HAS BEAUTIFUL CURLS. The hairdresser was made aware of what he is supposed to get (which hes gotten before at this place). Well she took it upon her self to go SHORT AND CUT OFF ALL HIS CURLS. I am disgusted at this hairdresser thinking its okay to take matters in her own hands because of how she SEES a hair cut. I dont care what you thought wouldve looked better for MY son. Not your place at all to make decisions like that. you shouldve ASKED before going shorter like every other hair dresser does. He will not be returning. Thanks for making my kid look bald RIGHT BEFORE VACATION.

I came in 5 minutes late for an appointment for my kid because I thought appointment was at 12:15 but it was at noon. They would not take me even though my kiddo only needed his bangs cut. So had to reschedule my appointment.
Then went back two days later for my appointment. Was 5 min early and had to wait 10 min for my 10:45 am appt. I don’t mind waiting 10 min but what bothers me is that when me when I was 5 min late, they wouldn’t take me, but I had to wait 10 minutes beyond my scheduled time for them to finish the haircut from previous person.
Please apply your “late” rules at all times!

Took my grandson for a haircut. Loved the haircut but not the snippiness from the woman who cut his hair!! Did not like her attitude . Not very kid friendly
Stylist: Not very happy with the stylist but hair cut was fine

Sadly a very bad experience for my daughter’s first hair cut. I’ll never get that first experience back. The stylist was angry, about everything and everyone. She was rough with my two year old and I’ll never be back here.

Saba is a saint and a miracle worker my son is two and a half and terrified of haircuts, he acts absolutely insane so we were hoping that he would think the cool seats were fun but he still freaked out. She managed to get his haircut done in 10 minutes and it looks very good. Definitely come here if you have a crazy kid!

We've been here 2x and have had great experiences both times. For our son's first haircut we purchased a package and it made the moment extra special. We had Saba for our 2nd cut and she is amazing! She is so quick and tender with the kids and the cut came out great. The space is a lot of fun for kids. It's nice to have so many things to occupy antsy little ones!

I'm sad to say I won't be returning. Booking online was easy. When we showed up for our appointments, the employees were trying to figure out why their drawer was short, and talking about it while doing our hair. It was pretty stressful. My daughter's basic cut went well, but my hair (just a trim on long hair) was lopsided when I got home. It took a few days of me trimming off one side to get it close to even, but I will need to go get my hair cut again soon. Fun place for kids and I was looking forward to coming back, but nope. Marketing does a heck of a job, though!

With Tessa gone now we are left with unprofessionalism and no care for customer service. She will be missed. As for the establishment we will not be returning the manager is absolutely horrible and does not know how to run a business especially one involving kids. 1 star was only to write the review.
Edit: There was no discussion with a “disgruntled employee” as we were not informed she was gone until we arrived for our scheduled appointment with her. Instead of trying to make things right as a business to either reschedule or handle it then (or call those who were scheduled to cancel) we were told you were so busy. There was not one person in the shop not one. A five min boy cut would have clearly been too much extra work. Will you miss our business probably not because it all would have been handled differently. This was just a clear lesson of bad business, to dismiss this as speaking with the “disgruntled employees” may be farthest from the truth as we dealt with your current employee.

I need one of these in my neighborhood!! The best haircut experience ever for my 4 yr old. It's a dangerous place for your wallet if your kids are ones that want to buy something while walking into a toy store, because the entrance is stacked with all sorts of toys from games, stuffed animals, to candies. Appointment is required but it wasn't hard to get one since I called in the morning and was able to come the same day in the afternoon. There are many seating options (motorcycle, jeep, bulldozer, and car). Terese was the hairstylist that cut my son's hair. She was great and very patient with him. She showed him the buzzer and used the back to show him how it would feel so he's not scared and when he moved around, she was careful to give him the space he needed. The total cut time was only 20 minutes! It was quick and I'm very happy with the cut. Definitely will come back here next time we are in the area.

Go see Saba!!! If you have a kiddo who has any sensory needs/ASD or requires a lot of love and patience go see Saba. She is incredible, so kind and has a wonderful calmness about her. My son HATED hair cuts. The noise, the environment, the contact,.. When he sees Saba he runs to her and is excited for his hair cut.
