Would give a zero star if I could patient came to pick up prescription at riverview which was already set up with Pharmacy concerning a certain generic brand that she cannot take a week before refill was do
She stated that this generic brand upsets her stomach so they stated they would give her a brand that would not do this and then when she went to pick up prescription it was not what they said and it was the same thing that she asked not to have because it upsets her stomach.. so they gave her half of a prescription of the brand name ridiculous.. so we called today to try to get the rest of the medication see if the other ones are in stock and they will not dealing with her anymore??? Wow if I call and ask you if you have a certain medication in stock and Riverview stated yes on a recorded line we can guarantee you that brand. I say can you please make sure that kind of medication Brand I would 100% get when I fill my script I'm calling you in advance to make sure that it would be ready so I don't get a brand that upsets my stomach cuz certain generics affect the patient differently clearly this Pharmacy is making money on the side making sure only privilege patients get the brand name and then Medicaid or poor families get the generic cheap fillers or Garbage medication cuz we're not slipping you money on the side ridiculous. I will be contacting a lawyer. I'm a home care worker and I've never heard of a pharmacy doing this to a patient in my life. She calls back and now they won't even talk to her or deal with her refuse to give her any medication or service at all so they don't lose their side Hustle.. disgusting illegal what is going on at this Pharmacy and they will be reported stop promising medication that you cannot provide for patients!!

I had a horrible experience with their delivery service. They were supposed to drop off my meds on Thursday… they never came. Friday… they never came. They called me Saturday after I complained and said someone would be out between 3-7pm. Never came. I’ now have been without my meds for 4 days!!! Totally unacceptable and irresponsible!!

This is by far the best pharmacy I have gone through. They truly go above and beyond. Noah is always patient and takes the time to answer my questions, go over my medications, and explain what my insurance covers. He is always on top of when refills or prior authorization requests are needed to make sure I get my medications on time and asap. They are also very friendly and fast with their delivery, which is greatly appreciated. I prefer this pharmacy to any other. Highly recommend.

They are amazing!!!! Having cancer the last thing you want after going to doctor is wait at pharmacy well those days are over thanks to the pharmacy!!Ever been sick so you call doctor get video chat and doctor sends prescription to pharmacy and boom they at your door all you have to worry about is resting LOVE THIS PHARMACY

Tell you there going to deliver your medication and it take days to do so call them and say they will being coming today never showed up two days in row they promised to deliver my meds never come.first this has happened to me with them.

This is the best pharmacy I could have ever asked for!!! They are always very quick and understanding. VERY patient with me. They are very fast at getting you the medication you need! Couldn't ask for a better pharmacy!
