Always a long line and always a 45+ minute wait for my prescriptions that my doctor sent over hours ago. When I explained that my doctor sent it over that morning (I went to pick up my prescription at 7pm) the pharmacist said "yeah, you and 100 other people." Rude service and not timely. These medications are vital for my health. I plan on switching pharmacies soon.

I’ve been putting off going to get my medicine refilled because the drive through is always closed. Today I finally took the time to drive over and go wait in what was sure to be a huge line inside, and they closed the entire store early. I am so done with this location. Working people don’t have time for this. I will be switching pharmacies as soon as possible.

On sale products are always in stock. Reasonable prices. Nice selection of health related items. In store pharmacy. Nice candy and chips aisles. Quick checkout.

Front workers refused to add additional melting salt to the sidewalk during the ice storm. Three customers told the front cashier, and her response was, " we don't do that". Very dangerous for all cutomers but especially elderly and customers who have mobility issues. Called corporate and never received a phone call back. Terrible

I absolutely understand why the reviews are what they are for this location specifically- and that happens when a specific employee and their treatment ruins the place itself. Kate I believe is the pharmacist’s name most people mention. She is extremely rude, unwilling to help at all or go any extra mile. She’s miserable and short ANY time you get her (it’s not like a bad day here or there) and she clearly hates her job. Hopefully when Covid isn’t running the show for desperation…they can clean house. This is no good for patients who need much more from their pharmacy and especially their pharmacist.

When I say horrible. I mean it. I took my son to get a Covid test at this location and it has been over 4 days now and no COVID results. He is missing a week of school for nothing. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR A COVID TEST. They are slow in getting you the results. The Rite Aid on Main gave us results in 36 hours and same as the Walgreens. I wish I never went here.

I called the pharmacy at 4:19 today to inquire about a script I needed filled. I have never ever been condescended to like this by a pharmacist. I tried to just put the blame on all the extra pressure because of Covid and not let it bother me. Recently there was a sign in the pharmacy stating they were having staffing problems, thank you for your patience, etc. Once again Covid, I get it.But this person today was the end for me. I'm sorry because I liked this store. You just can't talk down to your customers like they're totally incompetent and for no good reason. I needed help because my meds ran out, that's all. I'll be transferring to a different drug store
