This place drew me in, as I was walking by on the sidewalk. Although I was seeking a single night in a more “ordinary” hotel, the exquisite lobby, outdoor charm, and professional staff convinced me, this is my home for the evening. The intriguing decor with so much beautiful art work, cleanliness, and atmosphere overall is so refreshing. Although a little pricey for my budget, staying at Reikart added a nice touch to my vacation in Buffalo N.Y. It was well worth it.

I have zero negative things to say about this place. The decor was very nice, the bed was soooo comfortable, it was clean, quiet, and the breakfast was delicious.

The room are beautiful and everyone was nice expect for Jose Bello. As I called to see if I left some belongings he was very rude irritated and cutting me off as I was getting an understand of the info I needed because a university booked my stay. I had to explain to him multiple times that I could not hear and understand him he huffs on the phone and talked back with a rude voice. I do not appreciate me just trying to get my belongings returned and I feel he did not out the effort to help me find my items and worried he won’t even check. The establishment is beautiful but talking to people who don’t care for your time makes a nice place like this terrible. I recommend having someone else in the front of the building and answering the phone. I didn’t nothing to receive that type of treatment. If I wanted that I would’ve went to a motel.

For me personally, the price of $550+ once converted to Canadian dollars just doesn’t add up. Not comparable with other hotels in the area, especially with no breakfast inclusion and no pool. The hotel itself is pretty, but on the smaller side. The rooms are also nice, but wouldn’t say for the value they are on par. Pricing like this I could book almost book the Ritz in Toronto. Basic toiletries also not provided that other hotels provide, I.e. makeup wipes and shoe shine kits. Washroom doesn’t have enough counter space to hold any of your personal belongings. Towels are kept in the main room also, as no shelving is available to place them in the washroom. Weird concept for a “4 star” hotel. Breakfast was also not included. Front staff could also be a bit more friendlier.
EDIT: we would never return. The price may be comparable, however, for less services and amenities.

Their monkey was 25us$ and it’s not worth for it. The rooms was okay but the place for the towels was in the main room. There wasn’t any places for the towels in the bathroom. The bathroom sink was really squished. For 550us$ is not worth it. When we checked in the front desk people didn’t even mention where the gym was. That’s why i probably won’t go there again.

Hotel very nice and quiet! But I not recommended to have a breakfast in there restaurant. We had one morning and it was terrible! Made avocado toast without avocado. After I waited for a waitress a while to come back to our table it was everything cold. I told her about toast without avocado. She brought to me same toast with a sliced avocado. When my husband told waitress it souped to be smashing avocado. Her answer, they out of smash avocados! I didn't eat just waist of food!

Best hotel in the Buffalo area! Really nice and clean rooms in a nicer area. Conveniently located just outside of Williamsville Main Street. Also charging stations nearby behind the hotel for those driving EVs by ChargePoint.

Very nice hotel, clean, friendly, very good sized room, cleaning was second to none. Great parking availability, super quiet rooms, easy highway access with many services and restaurants very close by. The hotel is great. However I can't say the same for the breakfast they serve. Our eggs were luke warm at best, my wife's were cooked to death, fruit dish was way past its prime (we couldn't eat it) and our server had an attitude. Don't bother eating breakfast here, there are way better options down the street.
Rooms: Large rooms, very nicely appointed and modern. Very quiet.
Safety: Very safe area. Including the shops and restaurants nearby.

Awesome hotel located close to airport, restaurants, and bars. There’s a jazz restaurant and bar located right next door. Free parking located in the front and around back. Service was great and friendly. They do have a gym located onsite. They offer the most delicious cookies in the evenings. Rooms are super comfortable, and they also have a shared common area up front that is super nice. I recommend staying here.

Stayed one night when driving through buffalo. It’s a small independent hotel, clean, very comfy bed. The price only get you a room, no complimentary breakfast. Made to order menu is quite pricy, there is no other facilities other than a gym ( I didn’t use) either. The lobby is beautiful but no lounge service on Saturday night, no bars. You can dine in restaurant next door. Bath gel bottle was empty, but they quickly delivered a new bottle to the room. I feel with a luxury rating hotel shouldn’t let guest to call for bath gel. The complimentary toothbrush has very poor quality, doesn’t match to the price of the hotel room.
Ok for one night, won’t return though . With the price you can easily stay in a luxury hotel with much more to offer.

Stayed one night and it was one of the most beautiful/clean places iv been. The man at the desk checking us in was professional and so incredibly caring. Offering us fresh baked cookies and bottles of water. The room was great but the bottles of shampoo and body wash were empty. The room temp was also set to 74 when we arrived and on a hot summer day it was roasting. We turned it down and turned the air on but it took over 5 hours just to reach 70. By the time we left in the morning it still wasn’t where we wanted it. We were about to leave our room and check out when there was a knock on our door, it was a housekeeper asking us when we were going to check out, we still had time before checkout time so I very confused and felt rushed. Overall great stay and would stay again!
