After scheduling a time and date for my appointment, my appointment could not be found on your system. There was at least six other people in th waiting room that had the same experience.

Arrived 5 min before opening at Transit/Maple and was told "Im the only one here, so you're gonna wait" even though there was only 2 people waiting. I left and made appt at Transitown and found line out the door because of broken kiosk and no one fixing it. Finally got to terminal and QR code didn't work (scanner) I had appt and still waited 20 min. Nurse there was wonderful, all else not so much. Fix the equipment!!

Appointment ease was great. Appointment was timely. The location was convenient and clean and the staff were courteous.

The internet was down, at no one's fault. I had an appointment and paper script, so I was seen, but about 15 minutes past my appointment time. Again, not their fault. However, the tech who drew my blood left a great deal of bruising and redness after I pulled the band-aid off later that evening. The band-aid even ripped off a little piece of my skin. This was an isolated incident, as I have always been pleased with my visits in the past. This was the first time this particular tech drew my blood. She may have been new.

When having an account, check-in is easy and the wait is minimal. This particular male I had was excellent, the best I had as far as not feeling barley anything when he stuck the needle in. Most are not half as good but tolerable
