My phlebotomist that I was placed with today was one of the kindest souls I have ever met in my life. Noora, at the Sheridan and Millersport location was pure sunshine. I did not feel like “ just another patient” in her que, or a “ number” in her day. She made me feel welcomed, and calm, and quite frankly, just happy. You know a good soul when you meet one, and this women, has a soul of pure gold. Her phlebotomy skills are also excellent. She did not strangle and irritate my arm with the tourniquet, and I barely felt the stick. Do not loose this women! Thank you Noora for being such a light, and for taking good care of me today❤️. - Laura Prosser

Made an appointment online. There were several afternoon appointments available. Arrived 10 min before appointment to check in on the tablet. Everything went smoothly and was very efficient. You may have an issue if you are not used to checking in on a tablet or iPad. No employees are in the waiting room to help you. If it's your first time, make sure you bring your ID and insurance card to scan. Bring the paperwork also if you're having blood drawn for your doctor's office. I was called about a few minutes after my appointment time, so not much of a wait. Blood draw was fast. I was in and out within 20 minutes.

Great professionalism and warm friendly and efficient. I felt comfortable and confident in the care I recieved.
The washroom ran out of soap and wasn't as clean as other locations it was very busy so perhaps hire someone just to ensure to keep cleaning the washroom and replenishing it especially during busy time periods and peak periods.
Lastly I was a bit of a wait maybe about 20 mins with an appointment again I believe they were busy and also training. However I didn't mind and understood and it was within reason.
Again all staff is very friendly.
Alot of room in the waiting room. They did get busy but we understood.
Thanks again fir making this process easy and proficient for me pass this location all the time and didn't realize they were there.

This clinic has no front desk, you sign in by a screen. If you have questions, or if someone needed to double check what your doctor sent in you are waiting until someone is called back to catch an employee by door. I waited over an hour in the afternoon (with an appointment) to be told my requisition was wrong by 2 people. After my doctor faxed it again I waited another 20 minutes, the 3rd person actually reads the form and see that they don't actually do that specific test here. After 2 hours I have no test. While waiting a handful of people left in frustration because they overbook here and there's no way to know how much longer you have left to wait. There's no bathroom in the waiting room for someone waiting for a urine test, so if you can't hold it any longer you're screwed.

She stuck the needle way deeper than I ever seen. Short from rude the black female Phlebo wouldn't let me speak and assumed a military posture of control ordering me around as if necessary. Not the best place, Slow taking patients and TV screens and WiFi not working at late morning. Stressful. They have no competitors.

I came in and had 2 appts 12 and 1210pm one for a urine drug screen for employment and on for routine bloodwork. When I arrived I signed in under only one appt. After waiting almost an hour they would only do one test since I hadnt signed in under both appts. I am the same person, same lab, I was already there and they are making me come back for the bloodwork. That is ridiculous! POOR customer service and just plain unacceptable!

My experience was horrible this time. I go to the same quest every time, and it is always wonderful. This time I had a new girl. As soon as I get back to the room, I handed her my script, my drivers license, and my insurance card. She took the script but told me to “put my cards away. If she wanted them, she would let me know“. I was so shocked and I told her that usually that’s the first thing they ask for. This girl took no identification from me and no insurance information. Next she pulled out the alcohol swab and wiped it once quickly, across my vein and threw it out. she inserted the needle which was fine at first but then she started moving it around and moving it around and it was excruciating. When I got out of the appointment, my arm immediately blew up like a golf ball was under my skin. Apparently she blew out a vein. My arm is black and blue in about a 4 inch circle. I am scared to death that I’m going to have cellulitis based on her not cleaning my arm and what has happened to it.
