We have never failed with products from Omaha Steaks. There were two sales associates who assisted us and they were both awesome. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Is this a location you can purchase at? Omaha steaks isn't bad, but they've gone downhill on the specials....gotten somewhat cheap to a repeat customer.. Placed and order with wild fork, so we'll see.

Never a problem. Ordered a box for each household this year for Xmas. I've done this previously and don't remember why I stopped. Will be my Xmas gift going forward. Everyone LOVED getting a box of meat for Christmas. Orders were delivered on time, before Christmas. I delayed my order to take advantage of the $50 ecard. Thank you

I placed an order last night tried to use a gift card I had and it says there’s no available balance I had called customer service the first one woman I talk to. She was very rude and the second one I talked to said there ain’t nothing they could do, so is this said this would of would’ve been the first time that I would like to try them but of course I’m not going to try them and I had over a $300 order so be careful with your gift cards

The price of the 3 packages that we got was not worth the price and we never got are 12 free burgers. Not pleased at all. Please stop emailing me asap.

They are offering 8 free hamburgers with an order. They tasted very good, but they shaved 2 ounces off the burger size this year, compared to last year.

Yes..a bit pricey steaks/beef are great...better be for the price !!Rest that I've tried is ok. Custom service sucks!! Don't ask for the delayed Christmas delivery... They ship in advance anyway!! Shouldn't offer that option if they aren't going to honor it!! Very disappointed.!

The prices are insane. Even with a "discount", the steaks were over $40/pound. They don't honor any of the online discounts at this location.

Received we want you back flyer in the mail inside was another flyer for 8 burgers in store only. Went to the store and they said it was already in the main flyer and would not honor the in-store one. Will never shop Omaha Steaks

Not real sure if anybody else knows how to cook but so far everything we have received from Omaha steaks has been absolutely incredible you did not have to cook everything to death it's already dead be kind to it and you will find a delicious cut of meat and no matter what you get

Beef fillet and ribeye burgers???? You take the nicest, most tender and most expensive cuts of beef and grind/pulverise them into hamburger meat? Completely ridiculous- ground beef should be made from bad/tough cuts- it's GROUND beef lol. What an insult to any kind of pretense of knowing about proper food practices.

I am very , very upset with your company I was not given an order nbr to begin with and if I had I would have cancelled the order immediately due to the fact that your company added items I DID NOT WANT! Upon receiving my order I found out that you doubled one item and ordered lobster tails that I never ordered . Your company boasts that 100percent absolutely you will help customers so I called and even offered to return the unordered items to your store in Amherst Ny but I was told “sorry we cannot accept these items once shipped I did find out you people put on orders something called pop ups “ . Let me ask you to trace anOrder without the order nbr /— you cannot because it is impossible! I really thought you people would not do this but now that I know it I will not be ordering again . Honestly why would I order two small lobster tails for 55.00 dollars. I can but them locally for under twenty dollars. I really was shocked at this . I love your food but this is too much being afraid that I’ll have pop ups put on my order just cancelled my belief in your companySeriously don’t say you will 100 percent make the customer happy because it is not true

Soooooo we've driven past this place saying every time we need to stop in there, you see we have been Omaha Steaks delivery for 2 decades on and off and enjoyed the Quality and convenience but not the Styrofoam containers and finally stopped in and got the best meal packages ever will be a regular
