Bought a crossport, sales manager told me I have to finance through them or I cant buy, even though I had a check approved from USAA for the loan. Said would match interwst rate, added .24 percent interest. Tried to schedule for service, never made appointments and when arrived was told I would have to drop off for days. Asked if I had appointment would it take that long, they said no, so I asked why they kept canceling or lying on phone about making appointments, was given attitude, so I left.

Recently had windshield replaced to meet inspection test & that was the only thing flagged that they said was needed to pass the inspection. Brought the car back today with a new windshield, and although the wipers are working perfectly they said they wouldn't pass the car for inspection unless they were changed for $60. I said I would do it myself for far less than that & they said they wouldn't pass the car now & could come back once I replaced the (perfectly functioning) wipers myself. I caved as I don't have the time to do that, but what a scam!

Bought the tire package. Took 3 days before anyone would return my phone call on how it worked. The service advisor did not keep me updated on my service. Poor service

I cannot properly express how pleased I am with my experience. Mark Beasley was the best! From jump, I was received warmly by Northtown after inquiring online over the weekend.
I wanted a vehicle rather quickly, and right at the start of the work week, Mark managed to get me in early to take advantage of an awesome manufacturer's incentive. I got a GREAT price for my trade-in, which I was not expecting (it was a beater). Even Mark in their finance department was very friendly and helpful! I am SO incredibly amazed and satisfied with my purchase and all of the warranty/coverage/aftercare jazziness. This place was highly recommended by my son, and I see why! As long as they continue this level of customer service, I can promise they'll have loyal customers in my family. Thank you, Northtown - for making a potentially nerve-wracking experience so enjoyable. Mark Beasley, you rock out loud, good Sir!
P.S. The cinnamon coffee in the Customer Lounge is delicious.

The best car buying experience ever! From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was friendly, relaxed and helpful. This includes the very pleasant receptionist on the sales floor who greeted me with a smile. And the knowledgeable sales team who took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. They understand that taking the time to build a relationship is just as important as making the sale. Thank you Adam, Jake and Joe for finding the right car for me and for providing such a positive, low pressure experience! I love my VW Atlas!!

Owning a Volkswagen, I am no stranger to constant repairs. The amount of problems I’ve had with my 2019 Passat (50k miles) is ridiculous but thank goodness for the warranty! This location has a very nice service department, a lot nicer than the West Herr one by the airport. They also have a free Uber if you live close by. Most of the employees I worked with were very friendly.
