I have been a Subaru owner for nearly 10 years and have purchased 3 different models through Northtown, the last 2 with Brandon M. I can honestly say that all the stress of the car-buying experience is eliminated at this location. Brandon and the sales managers (Jesse & Kyle C.) have been welcoming, genuine, knowledgeable, and work with us to get the vehicles we want with competitive pricing/deals while honoring our budget. It’s a friendly environment the second you walk in without the pressure you normally face at a dealership, and it’s clear we aren’t just a number. We 10/10 recommend working with Brandon, and we look forward to buying with him in the future!

Update: Northtown Subaru & Honda on Used Cars
I cannot recommend either location.
Northtown Subaru:
I decided to give Northtown Auto another chance at their Subaru location. I arrived with a 2012 Mustang Premium V6 with under 46,000 miles, a car that needs absolutely nothing. The individual who appraised my car, offered a market value of only $6,116 for a car that can almost pass for new. This car markets for at least $14,500 retail at this point. CARVANA would offer $10,500 and list it for over $17,000. Kelly Blue Book rates the car at a fair trade-in value of $10,468. At every turn, my experience with Northtown has been insulting and distasteful. You might think twice before doing business with Northtown.
Update 2:
Speaking with the appraiser at Northtown Subaru today, he attempted to present a new narrative of our dealership interactions. I was left with a feeling that the Kelly Blue Book valuation he previously prepared has an appearance of an attempted fraud. The significant discrepancy between the offer and the fair trade in and market value, supported by printed materials direct from Kelly Bluebook and CARVANA in contrast to the Kelly Blue Book presented by sales staff prepared by the appraiser, strongly suggests an attempt to undervalue my car.
Northtown Honda:
This was my initial used car experience with the Northtown Auto Group for an outright purchase with no trade.
I would not recommend this location for used vehicles listed on their website. The dealership did not have either of the cars they scheduled me to view. This experience evolved into what appeared to be an up-sell attempt, with the intent to sell me vehicles that were not within my desired price range...

Usually they do pretty well but they missed the mark this time. Dropped the car off for oil change and quote on a few exhaust related repairs when I was out of state. Got a call saying they were all set next business day. The shuttle was a no-call no-show a few days earlier for when it was scheduled. Asked to have the key left in the middle console so I could pickup after hours to which they agreed. Arrived to no key in the car. When I turned it on with the remote starter white smoke came from the exhaust and it smelled like gas. Checked the oil level and it's a bit overfilled. Wasted a trip in the middle of the night and had to make somewhat unreasonable accomodations for getting to work on time next day.

Our salesperson Jenny Ferguson was awesome. I’m from California and in town for Sat only and needed to buy a car for my 17 yo son, but needed NY insurance. My insurance company was closed and every online insurance policy would only kick in at midnight. We couldn’t leave with the car without the insurance. Jenny worked with us till we were able to get a policy and were able to take delivery. I think she easily spent 4 hours till it was all resolved

This was my second time purchasing a Forester from Northtown Subaru. My first experience 6 years ago was so amazing that I didn’t even think twice about coming back for my next vehicle. I worked with Caleb and will definitely come back in the future when it’s time to buy another vehicle : )

I picked up my 2025 Suburu Forester today at Northtown.
My salesperson Amani Elbanna was absolutely outstanding!
From ordering the vehicle to picking it up she exhibited professionalism with a caring and friendly demeanor.
If your looking for a new vehicle i would highly recommended to stop in and request Amani, you won't regret your decision.
I would also like to thank Manager Kyle Conover for his support with this purchase.

Could write a longer review but I just want to say besides the test drive, it was one of the worst experiences I have ever have. Not sure if the fact that I relocated from abroad had to do with it, but I didn't feel like a valued customer.
As soon as my sales rep realized my purchase process was going to be tougher, felt like he was doing me a favor every time I asked questions or things he could have done. I understand many things are not controllable by the agency but still those that are, felt like weren't even considered. Didn't even want to tell me price I would be paying wish a discount because he probably didn't even think I would get approved for the loan and insurance which felt like he was looking down on me.
I ended up going to West Herr and got the treatment any customer looking to buy a 40k car should expect and honestly was the best car purchasing experience I've had.
To the sales person: my man I appreciate your patience and the super helpful test drive but it wouldn't hurt to invest a little more time and have a more servicing attitude when a client has hurdles with a relocation process and the paperwork involved for the credit process. I came back to the agency after those months because I did want to buy the car but found not much help on your end.
Kudos to Janet Ferguson because even though she wasn't my initial sales rep, she was more invested and helpful in just a couple days and made a couple of great suggestions in terms of Credit, insurance and driver's license processes so greatly appreciate that.

Jack made me feel comfortable and showed me basic features of the Legacy. I felt more armed to test drive the car. He rode along with me. I am happy to say I should be the new owner of a Subaru.
