I purchased a pre auction Volvo.... My experience was wonderful...I still have the car have had only maintenance done and I'm very satisfied with Northtown. I felt I was treated as well as anyone spending thousands more on a brand new car. Sales, finance and service all 5 stars.

My husband and I went to this toyot a on sheridan drive. We were interested in the KONA. There was also a coupon for a test drive and to get $50.00 for that. We couldn't get the car as it turns out.We gave them the coupon...and here it is just about 4 months and no $50.00 has arrived. They were not helpful one bit.couldn't get us out the door fast enough.Employees hanging out..walking around. Very uncomfortable place. The manager I guess it was said we would get a check as they had to turn it in. I have complained before about this to a woman.She also said she would tell the manager or whomever. This was a total scam. We will Never go to Northtown again.We have bought numerous cars...sent people who also bought cars . Very disappointed in this place. Never ever again. Did someone there get this $50.00??? Scam !

I know car salesmen have a reputation to be pushy but this place seems to be the opposite. Maybe a little too lax. We showed up and walked around the lot. No one attempted to help us for a while and we saw 3 guys taking a smoke break (everyone is entitled to a break yes but when you're working for commission you think you'd put it out for a little while) At the end of it (took a loooooong time to get there) the guy was informative. Overall not worth the trip. I get why everyone goes to the internet before stopping at a dealer. Bonus they have popcorn

Hands down the most versatile uses car sales place in the universe. The cars they sell here use the type of gasoline you can buy at any corner gas station. Also - windshield wiper fluid appears to be universal as well.

A simple refinance with most being done via email was then arranged to come in to sign paperwork. When we arrived it seemed to be an inconvenience to them to honor the scheduled appointment as demonstrated by demeanor and then we were left to wait.

I bought a 2013 Subaru Crosstrek from Will Zylinski. He did his best to work with me and for me to help get the car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car!

This was the first time I ever purchased a car, the experience could not have been better. I'm a young woman and there is a stereotype that we do not know cars, I did not feel that I was taken advantage of and that had I been a male, I would have a gotten any cheaper price.
They have a wonderful sales team, I felt very welcomed and comfortable. It was a great experience and I worked hands on with a wonderful sales rep. Matt Baglio was absolutely fantastic, he knew what he was talking about, was extremely personable, and overall helped me make the right decision for me and my needs.
I will definitely return to Northtown for either service or a new car, when that time arises again.

Bought a car for the first time here. I was helped by thorough and knowledgeable staff. The environment is nice and pleasant. Everything was stress free. They even sent me cookies a few days later! I'd recommend this place to everyone!

Excellent and professional service. Our salesperson was Alex, who showed us numerous cars without any sales pressure and answering all our questions. We finally bought a beautiful Honda Accord. Greatly recommend Northtown, especially Alex.

I do not like shopping for cars, and I would never buy one unless I needed one. That being said, John Rogers is the most patient, well-informed, and customer friendly car salesman I have ever dealt with. I never felt pressured to make a decision and was completely comfortable discussing my reservations and concerns. He also was very helpful in explaining all of the available options from the car selection to the financing. It is uplifting to see some people are still willing to do their homework.
