Ahmed Yousif was excellent to work with. I would buy a car with him again. I did buy a used car that had a few chips on the trunk and still need to get some touch-up paint but other than that--my experience was great. I am enjoying my little Hyundai Kona and it handles great, even off road.

Would've given a better rating but..... our salesman, Min, has not returned my husband's 4 phone calls. Typical used car salesman treatment, once they've made the sale they don't know you. Sorry Northtown Kia.

Just purchased a Kia Sportage for my daughter. Our time is limited, we discussed the car view phone and made an appt to test drive, purchase & take home. Mission accomplished! Northtown is organized, the process was seamless & Mike was wonderful! We will be back!

I have been having ongoing problems with this dealership for some time. Do you prefer to communicate over email or can we connect via phone? I understand up until this point there is no reason to believe that I will help but with the opportunity, I would like to try. Please let me know how we can start to communicate on this issue.This was my response.Mr.Levan,In 2015 my wife and I went to your dealership with the expectation of buying a car with a great warranty affordable price and what was conveyed to us as a great and RELIABLE car.It is now 2023 .My car has only 36,000 miles on it. I am on at least my third complete set of brakes,second set of tires,an engine that can blow up or go into limp mode stranding my wife at any given moment. Because of this defect that neither your dealership nor kia will address, I cannot use my kia to drive anywhere more than around town and NEVER with my grandchild in the car ! Now I am informed that the kia can be stolen at any moment in seconds.That now puts myself , my wife and anyone else that goes anywhere in the kia in danger of it not being there when we come out of any place we may go.Again kia and your dealership have been nothing short of just plain untruthful and arrogant about all of my concerns.I now have a very low mileage car that is worthless in resale or to myself and unsafe for really anyone to drive.Now recently I was informed that there was yet another recall (or what you call a software update)to make the car harder to steal.Once again just like the engine problem the issue is not being fixed by your dealership or kia , just covered up with "UPDATES".So now I bite the bullet and call your service department for my "SOFTWARE UPDATE" and just as I expected from your business I was literally laughed at on the other end of the phone and told to call back every week to see if you are ready to do the update.Of course I was told it was a kia problem(isn't northtown kia part of kia ?) then when I asked to speak to a manager I was given the age old excuse after being on hold for several minutes the he was in a meeting.At this point I am so disgusted at how I have been treated I am putting this absolutely horrendous experience in your and kia americas hands .I still entertain the idea of one day having the car I bought from you for $30,000(I know you think it is pennies but to me it was the world !) and being able to drive it and not be in a dangerous situation the entire time.You say you want the opportunity to try and help all I ask for is a SAFE AND RELIABLE CAR ! and a dealership that will stand by their customer when the are sold a defective vehicle and not laugh at them when they call with a concern. The whole experience was a complete failure on YOUR part. Please fix the situation so I have a SAFE AND RELIABLE CAR ! I have not heard from Mr. Levan in 2 weeks. I guess the way Mr. Levan deals with customer issues is to just ignore ! He has my email.

Sold me a SUV that burned 4 quarts in just 1000 miles. The motor exploded months after the purchase and sat on the lot for 2 more months while I made payments. They charged me for a battery cause it died from sitting. They didn't recharge the AC and left me with every light on the dash. The cruise control also is not working or the trip reset. This company is a scam. I'll never stop telling my HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH KIA.

The best dealership on Earth!Buying a car at Kia Northtown is so pleasant and calming. Mike M., Simone, Mike G., Safy and Ahmed make the experience so comfortable and streamlined. I couldn't be happier with my team. And-should you ever need them for anything, they are there IMMEDIATELY to resolve any issue! I'm a tech junkie, and I started watching for the 2023 Niro back when the release date of "the end of summer 2022," listed on Kia.com was far enough away to illicit an, "Awww, damn." My husband is on his 6th Prius and keeps bugging me to get one, but I just can't bring myself to have matching cars. I spotted the Niro, and forgot all about my (2020 Kia) Soul. Granted, getting 49-54 mpg for this size hybrid with all these safety features was an easy sell.On my Friday snow day (don't hate), I finally spotted a few Niros for sale that were not top-level models, so I decided to stop in to Northtown Kia to snoop. Turns out the green one I was coveting was already scooped up, so after a chat, Mike Maniscalco made sure to toss me right into the prettiest damn 2023 Niro EX Touring you have ever seen, so OF COURSE I was in love. (With the Niro. I'm married, weirdo.)I mean really, how can you say no to color changeable ambient dashboard lighting?!? (Kidding, of course. That was just an happy surprise when Mike walked me through the features before he sent me off into a snowstorm.) Even though this blue beauty was one model up from what I came in for, Mike worked with me to get the payments to where I wanted them. I couldn't be happier with my second Northtown Kia purchase.

On 5 January 2022 we were helping not-present out-of-town family by moving their household items from a storage facility in Kenmore when our Niro somehow suffered a flat tire. We called KiaCare since we are paying for this extra coverage to cover the car, and they stated they would have the car towed to Northtown Kia in Amherst as car, flat and tow would be covered. I asked what about us? It's night, there is snow and ice on the ground and we are in a dark getting darker location. Nothing was said about US getting home, which - by car - is about 20mins away. I called KIAcare back again, asking if I could change the location the car would be towed to, to a car shop near our home, since WE had NO way of getting home and NOBODY connected with Kia seemed to be concerned at all! We planned to ASK the tow truck driver if he would allow us to sit in the truck cab. She made the address change and stated now the tow+flat which was covered IF it was towed to the dealership, would have to be paid for by us, and in advance, PLUS stated the tow truck driver is under NO obligation to allow us to sit in the cab. I understood and agreed, taking a chance with the driver, rather than having my wife and myself stuck in the night cold and snow/ice. Anyone in WNY knows most sidewalks are not cleared of ice/snow and I've already fallen a few times and it's not fun. Night time just makes it more dangerous and unsafe, which KIAcare did NOT care about. So, almost an hour later - it's Buffalo and even in winter snow/ice they drive like maniacs speeding then can't figure out why their car slides - and the tow truck finally arrives. We ask and he allows us to sit in crowded cab. Better than walking! The tow driver was more concerned about us being stuck in the night cold and snow than the Kia dealership! Our final bill from paying for the tow was over $160. The cost of replacing the flat was over $200. This Kia dealership cares NOTHING about its clients, at least us! Remember this is the same dealership when I was doing all the paperwork for this lease, I would tell the saleperson I wanted to make the deposit a bit higher to get a lower monthly payment. Told him by each phone call we had, each email we wrote, and IN person. At the final meeting and payoff, the idiot says after all that, "I don't remember you saying anything about that"! My wife knows I said that each and everytime tho he might NOT remember, and I still have ALL MY emails with that little reminder in the text! To prove they do NOT care about clients, not at ANY time was anyone concerned about us being stuck in the snow/ice/cold night, nor asked HOW are you getting home, even after I asked! I have not been to the dealership again due to this lack of attention and concern, and all I get are email spams asking why haven't I returned to Kia for car care? All they care about is money and their "service" for us personally has been terrible and concerning! Thank you kiacare for such kind care!! I am NOT recommending this dealership to anyone PLUS recommend kia REMOVE the "care" from kiaCARE, since for us it was anything BUT caring or care!!! We've passed our first year with this lease and if I could turn it in, I'd do it in a second. They'd probably charge us a bundle!!

Me and my fiance worked with George correa and we ordered my fiance new seltos in feburary and we knew it would take some time and months which we were okay with since we were in no rush but then in may we heard interest rates were going to be raised and we knew we had to find something fast I called George and asked of there was anything available even if we had to upgrade to a different seltos model he not only found one seltos he found 2 available and one was Exactly what my fiance wanted so we looked at it on a wednesday and we took it home that Friday and not only was the customer service great but he made sure we werent breaking the bank i would definitely Recommend north town kia and George to help u found what ur looking for

My daughter was in dire need of a car ASAP. With the way the car market is now, finding a reliable car for a good price is almost impossible. We considered a used car, but there was very little available and they were so expensive. We decided to buy a new car but lower priced car inventory was extremely low. Luckily Northtown Kia happened to have 2 2022 Kia Rios that arrived just when we were looking. They weren't going to last long so we snatched one up. We got a decent price for the present market Alvaro was our salesperson. He was great! He did the best he could to help us find a car. He was personable, honest and didn't rush us to make a decision. He went over different options of purchasing a car such as buying a used car, leasing and buying a new car. He also was excellent at communicating and keeping me updated through texts. I highly recommend Northtown Kia and Alvaro as a sales person.

I can't say enough about Mike Gerow! He is the best finance guy in town. He was completely honest and beyond helpful! He did wonders for me and my credit isn't the best might I add! If you want a vehicle, he is the guy to see! No hassle, confusion, or pushy sales guy tactics were present! Best deals in town!!!! Go see Mike Gerow!!!!!

The ease and pressure free environment in which I bought my vehicle was fantastic. Mike worked a very fair deal within my budget on the car I wanted, and Yusuf was cool to pass the time with. If you have poor credit I highly recommend coming here. Fair blue book prices, and they work to get your interest rate down.Don't get hosed at the ezloans of the world.
