I highly recommend purchasing your vehicle from Northtown Kia. The staff is helpful and informative and they listen and deliver. I love my new 2024 Kia Sportage and I feel like I chose the best model for me because I had a great resource with Northtown Kia to assist me. Everyone from my sales representative Gavin, to his manager Paul, and the General manager Dave worked together to make the experience enjoyable.

Had a great experience here!! I was in a research phase where I wanted to test drive multiple vehicles and not looking to really buy at the time. The rep, Austin, helped with all of that without hesitation. He was great to work with and helped me close on a Sportage a couple days ago.

Vehicle was misrepresented in the pictures. Original internet sales stated car is clean needing nothing. On arrival a huge scratch that requires door to be repainted, both upper ball joints are bad making noise, also wheel bearing noise and that's just on test drive. Tires should have not passed inspection was told 5/32 ,fail at 2 however 2 had shifted belts and worn inside almost bald. Interior stunk like dog and smoke. The detail guy must be blind missed soo much. Let's not get going on the 60 dollar nitrogen charge, ya right... tire was down to 20lbs after I drove it 2 hours. Buyer beware, I am able to repair these things so it's not as much a deal for me but normal consumer be careful. Final sale girl was good. Honesty is best they just should have told me what was wrong with the car being truthful, I was going to buy it either way.

Last visit was not what I was expecting. After speaking with service on the phone about a carbon cleaning to work towards getting my engine replaced, I was advised to have a 2nd consumption test instead. I came in for the oil change and the service rep was unaware I was having said test until I informed him. My previous conversation was not relayed to the staff present during my visit. Thankfully I checked my oil cap before taking a 45 minute drive for nothing because they didn’t bother to seal the oil cap as required for a consumption test.

Had an issue with my Sportage which was still under warranty, I took it in and it couldn’t have been an easier process. Employees nice and informative, and my vehicle’s issues are resolved.

I want to appreciate the good service and the service Team , My fiance car needed an engine replacement and the moment we when there they took care of us making this whole process easier . We didn’t have to be back and forth with any warranty company they did all the work for us and provided us with a car so we can continued with our lives while we waited for parts .
