leased car was stolen and recovered went through my insurance to fix. took over a month to repair which i understand due to parts needing to be ordered.. What really got me mad was when returning my car to the dealership was told i needed an alignment which should have been done when being repaired. also there was a dent to the hood i didn’t notice due to the crash i had to pay for out of pocket when returning. glad it wasnt a car i was keeping.. wont bring my car here again. also wont be going to northtown kia again.

I couldn’t have had a better experience at Northtown collision. I got into a bad accident and was without my car for 12 weeks. They went above and beyond, arranging for car rentals, they stayed patient in their communication and followed through on every promise. Derek, specifically, was the main person who I was in communication with. He was straight forward and realistic, as well as very patient and extremely professional. He arranged an Uber for me from the car rental at the airport, arranged a second rental when I needed to come back for another repair, and truly went above and beyond. Tracy and the whole team at the desk were very kind and you can tell what a great relationship they all have with one another. For a pretty awful experience, Northtown made it the best it could be! They clearly have very skilled mechanics as my car drives as if nothing ever happened! Thank you!

They are very racist. My car was in an accident and they told me Basically to just wash the rim it was nothing wrong with my truck. To let you know that I am African-Americans and the person who hit my car is white. She was rude. They look at me like I was nothing. I will not be going there no more. When anything went wrong with my car we takes it to their auto shop but never again. Just to let you know I took it to another shop and the guy said if she would’ve look a little harder she would’ve seen where it was hit. I am glad this not coming out my packet.

I just want to share my awesome experience my girlfriend had with Northtown Collision. The staff was very friendly and very informative. She got her car back Faster than she thought they did a great job on the repair I couldn’t tell it was an accident. The insurance company tried to put cheap aftermarket parts On her vehicle, they fought and got the original parts that belong on the vehicle we were very pleased . Thanks again Northtown Collision.

My car was towed to northtown collision back on January 5th following a collision with a deer. Since then I have called multiple times for updates and each time I'm given different answers as to when my vehicle will be done. I will admit they waited for me to sign some papers before they could start but even after I signed them, my car sat untouched for weeks after. They failed to tell me that they were at capacity until well over a month of my car just sitting there. Then I was told parts were backordered for another month. I've called each week for updates, 2 weeks ago I was told all the parts were in and it'd be 6 days of labor. Last week I called for an update an was told I'd get a call back, that never happened. Today I'm told that they've done what work they could do, and now are waiting on more parts that are back ordered until April 7th. I'm now 8 months pregnant and without my vehicle for who knows how much longer.

Service was ok, took almost 2 months to get my friends car repaired, and they drove it without any transmission fluid in it.

I brought my car in on October 24th following a deer colliding with my headlight. Every time I call for an update I get different answers on what parts they are waiting for and a different estimated date of when the car will be returned. My most recent call today they stated the parts will not be in until February 14th with extensive work still needed and then it would be sent back to Mazda to be serviced. 4 months without the car I'm paying $500 a month for in the dead of winter, with no offer of a loaner to keep me safe on my hour to and from work.

Fantastic service all around! Over $17,000 in damages to my SUV and it came back to me as good as new. I worked in collision for many years so I know what to look for. Lisa was so easy to work with and was on top of everything that was needed as the person that hit me was not fully insured and it could have caused a huge headache. A+

I brought my Jeep in for warranty work to repair corrosion on the leading edge of the hood. The staff was friendly and courteous. The work was done in two days and the hood looks brand new. Very happy with the entire experience.

Brought my 2023 Civic in for a minor bumper repair following getting rear ended. The paintwork is nearly flawless, I'm incredibly happy with it. What I'm less happy about is what happened to my car after they washed it.
I had a ceramic coating installed on my car shortly after buying it to protect against scratches. Whatever they used to wash my car following the paint work absolutely covered it in swirl marks and water spots, even with the ceramic coating. I'll have to polish the car to remove the swirl marks, which will remove the expensive ceramic coating in the process. When I brought my car back to address it with a manager, he deflected blame saying that the ceramic coating must not have done it's job if their wash covered it in swirl marks, pointing to other cars in the lot that have the same marks. Now, I'll be out $1,000 to have a new ceramic coating installed.
If you have paint work done here it'll be great, but don't let them wash your car if you care about the finish.

Update: touch-up paint was slapped on the spots. I was not called when it was done and found out when i called in myself. The response to this asked me to email them, which I did. I never got a response. My 2 stars stand as this ended up being handled poorly through and through.Was having warranty work done on my hood for rust. They did what looks like a good job on the front besides a little over spray on the hood coushions.They managed to scrape the back half of the hood it looks like and seriously tried telling me that it must of been my fault somehow! I look at the edging of that hood every day, how have I not seen it until I got it back from them! Telling me they won't repaint it and want to just tuck it thinking that'll simply cover their mess up!
