I bought a CV axle in 2021 and i was told that it was covered under liftime warranty.I was also told they would be able to pull the info based on my name and last name and phone number as i originally order it through them in case i lost the receipt. Well now I've been told over the phone that NAPA as a company doesn't keep records so without a receipt they can't honor the warranty and they have no records. The only record i have is on my credit card.This sounds to me like like a company that tells you something to get the sale and does something else when it comes to honor the warranty. " Deceptive practices " are the reason why comanys get law suits.

Honestly if you want to be told one thing and then get another thing go to this place. Called to buy a rear windshield wiper. Was told on the phone he can install it. Come in and now he won’t. Touches the windshield wiper for .01 seconds and then says can’t do it. But when called out on it, it’s the new guys fault. Sure. So when asked what do I do now? Im told to go to a shop. Well, now I have to because I was told one thing and got another when I could have just went to the shop in the first place if he didn’t lie over the phone. Honestly don’t go to this store. They are useless and rude. They lie to you one the phone and in your face. So thanks for wasting my time and money. Congratulations you lost yet another customer.
