I had the best experience with Mike Barney Nissan! I worked with Kevin in sales and Mike in finance, both of them made the process smooth and easy. Everybody knows buying a car can be quite the process, but they really made it the best experience. We know where to go for future vehicles! Thanks Mike and Kevin!

Jeff & Steve in service are very friendly and helpful. Got in and out within 45 minutes for regular maintenance and a replacement key.

We have repeatedly had issues with our Rogue since we got it and have brought it in multiple times only to have them try and gaslight us there's no problem when we literally have to pull off the road and turn the engine off. Now it won't even start.

Was able to get everything done in one day. My associate, Joe, was great and was very easy to work with. Had to negotiate a little bit felt in good hands the entire time
(Update, August 2024): unfortunately I need to knock it down a few stars. I was told when i purchased the vehicle I would be able to use the extended warranty at Mike Barney’s, just for them to say I need to reach out directly and they would not provide service
This is deeply disappointing and i expected better. But it is what it is

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Their mechanics are inept at doing their job properly and they do not stand behind parts that are supposed to have a warranty. Not only that but they don't bother returning phone calls to fix problems. I do not recommend anyone bringing their vehicle to MBN ever for anything period. I can say if it wasn't for Continental Transmission in West Seneca I probably would not have my car. Pat and his team are fabulous and they are the only reason my vehicle was fixed.

Not only was Mike Barney able to provide an ACCURATE diagnosis, its team also provided transparency, good clarity around next steps, honesty, fantastic customer service, and quick problem resolution on my car problem.

I would definitely recommend working with Collin Mack at Mike Barney Nissan! I was in the market for a new Rogue. I went to a competitor and left feeling deflated and extremely disappointed because not only did they not work with me, the customer service was terrible. I came to Mike Barney Nissan and worked with Collin and had a completely different experience from start to finish. Not only was he extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and personable, he made me feel like he really wanted me to drive away in a new car! The finance department was also extremely helpful and worked with me to get what I wanted at a price I could afford!! If you are looking for a vehicle, make sure to call Collin!!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Mike Barney Nissan and it was one of the better car buying experiences I have had. I worked with Ella, who was very responsive. I live in Syracuse and was able to much of the work over the phone, even with my trade in. They gave me the best trade in value for my car, exactly what it was worth. I had been looking for a vehicle anywhere from Buffalo to Albany and their prices were the best. I felt like they were honest and upfront. I would definitely travel the distance again for the same experience.

This finance team epitomizes excellent customer service. I was buying out a lease and needed to do through a dealer in Buffalo. I hit the lotto when Michael in Finance picked up the phone. He helped me execute the loan and registration, answered all my questions and went more than above and beyond. When he was out of office, Jeremy the Finance Director seamlessly answered my questions and made a complicated transaction so much easier. This level of service is so rare in this day and age. I am so grateful for this Finance team!

I am dissatisfied with the service I was provided, while I am understanding that there are other cars to be maintenance and only so many workers I found it incredibly negligible that I brought my car in with clear instructions on what needed to be done and I when my vehicle was returned after 5 days I still had to bring it back overnight for a 6th just to be told that I would have to pay an extra $1200 because they never checked if what they fixed was actually fixed, I also spoke to the workers about it and the response I received is I will let them know.

It was great! Ella did a wonderful with adjusting thru the small hiccup of the process and made it easy and seamless. Jeremy was very insightful and making the deal still within my price point!
