“I love this store and so does my wife. They always have suitable and stylish (for me) clothing.The other week my wife bought me several shirts, pants and a warm pullover. I had to bring two items back (I needed an extra X in size). I was helped by a delightful and knowledgeable salesperson who found everything I needed. The best part of the story is that when I got to the counter I was given a $10 off card that I could use immediately and qualified for their 10% off sale. I ended up saving $30. So I received excellent service and got additional benefits.I also have to point out that I’m a big person and can count on them to have my size (XXL or XXXL). Their sizes run true.”

The only issue I have is I need Petite, as being short.....
The store does NOT carry Petite, you have to order on line.
That was my greatest disappointment, so I'll continue ordering on line and not visiting the store.”
“The cashier, Donna, who helped me on March 15, 2025 went the extra mile. I hadn't activated my new Kohl's card so she used my old card anyway. She personally wrote the number down for me so that I could activate my new card. She was gracious and kind, and didn't make me feel like a bother, even though I know I was!”
“First time in this location. My daughter ordered a pair of sneakers ONLINE from the store in Maryland .my daughter received the wrong sneakers and it was for her Father for Father's day she is not happy at all.I know mistakes happen however let's see how accommodating they will be for their mistake. Maria the store manager at the Amherst location was very helpful, went above and beyond to call customer service for my daughter and assisted her all the way from making sure she sent the email properly. I see why she is a manager. OUTSANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! She could od said it's online call them ..not my problem but she didn't. I appreciate Maria because not all managers are like you I'm just saying.”
“I don't shop at Macy's I had to return a few things and the lady I dealt with was amazing. For all you people out there you need a receipt n for you people who smoke, if they cannot resell it because of the smell they do not take it back it is their full discretion!!!!
