This is my second time coming here. The first time I came here the little lady did my nails and literally before I even walked out the shop, I had to get them fixed by the lady that sits in the front right corner because my nails were lumpy(I got a tip with dip). My nails didn’t even last a week. One fell off each day on each hand, mind you I don’t do much in my daily life and I’m not rough at all. So last minute decision, I decided to go there again last night around 5, I left around 720ish (right before they closed I was the last customer) again I get stuck with the lady that did my nails the first time because the manager took over the customer of the other man that was working on. Long story short because I can go on about the service from the lady but this is about the manager, he’s the short man with brown hair and sits behind the lady in the front right corner when you first walk in. Soon as I walk in and showed him my nails he said “we fix” and he was going to tell me to go back to that same lady and I said no I need a refund .. because why would I go back to that same lady who made me waste my money and time, not 1 but 2 times??? He was rude and started arguing with me loudly in the whole shop telling me he doesn’t care. I spent over $100 in this shop for my nails to fall off in not even 24hrs, designed peeled off the first time I ever came here overnight. The little man that runs this place is rude asf to his customers and also told me that the policy is “1 day after getting nails done the will fix for free” so now if my nails just fall off tomorrow then I have to pay? My nails shouldn’t be falling off this easily. Never coming back to this shop & don’t recommend all because of that man.

The salon is absolutely filthy; ground nail dust everywhere, boxes and clutter, disorganized and dirty stations. It can’t be healthy for both workers and clientele. A hard NO for me.

I love this place so much. i have never felt so welcomed in a nail salon as much as i was in luxe. She took her time and talked to me almost the whole time. My nails came out GORGEOUS. i will not be going anywhere else!

Don't do it! Don't even think About it! This is the worst experience I've ever had. Not only is the quality of the service substandard. My nails looked like a three year old did it, while eating popcorn from a crackerjack box. And i had the displeasure to pay for it. Also the attitude of the middle-aged male employee, providing the service was rude and disrespectful..If you don't like your profession please find another. And the business name needs to be changed it's not Luxe at all. There was no luxury coming to this place at all.

Please read this review!!
I had been a loyal customer here since 2019. After Covid hit they increased their prices a bit which was completely understandable, however since then I have remained paying the same every week and a half I went in to get my nails done. My last time going I noticed a $5 additional charge on my card so I texted the owner (yes texted! That’s how well I knew them and how much of a loyal customer I was) and I asked why there was an additional charge. The owner told me it was because I had old dip on my nails that needed to be removed (let me remind you I was a loyal customer going in every week and a half so I always had old dip on my nails every time I went in.) I told him it wasn’t about the price but the principal behind all of it where he then proceeded to tell me to go find another place that would be cheaper. Well….I did and let me tell you I wish I had sooner!! New Apple Nail on Niagara Falls Blvd. seriously a few minutes away from this place has done an absolutely amazing job and they are so so friendly! I’ve now become a loyal customer paying no difference. Ask for Lily, they have good reviews for a reason!! Please consider going elsewhere especially where they respect you and appreciate your business!

Worst experience I have ever had a nailShop. Do not recommend to anyone. I would rate a 0 but it wouldn’t allow. I was charged $120 for basic pedi which was done wrong. And my hands which look horrible. Please see pics below

Terrible. My nails were started about 10 minutes after my friends and they were finished much before. Very blotchy and rushed work I didn’t even want to continue to my manicure.Service: Pedicure

DO NOT DO IT!!!!! we have came here on multiple occasions we wont be back they lost 3 loyal customers ! so unwelcoming the short man with the brown hair is always SO RUDE!!! we came in to this salon me my mother and my neice and I had dried my toe nails for 30 minutes my 3 year old son accidentally stepped on my toe and I had asked someone to please fix it . his response was yelling in front of my child and freaked out made me so uncomfortable i didnt want him to fix at that point needed to leave . this is not the first time I have dealt with this man and his attitude. they also have children that are always sifting in the salon for hours on end looking at iPads.my niece received a full set and he wouldn't do her accent nail he said he would try just he never did he was just looking for an easy tip .u also can't come here on Sundays unless you pay cash only .please don't give them the business you will regret .Services: Foot massages

My cuticle were note done for my Mani. .My granddaughter was unable to get the design she would of like . Which I over looked. My daughter was told her nails were dry. She sat down next to my granddaughter, while her nails were getting finished. Her son came and sat in her lap. When my daughter got up after my granddaughters nails were done. Her toe rub the table and a bit of polish came off. While my daughter stated my toe polish came off. The man yelled you need to be more careful. He yelled, then stated I'll fix it. My daughter was so upset that he yelled. I also was without words . My daughter choice not to get her toe fixed. To yell at a customer in front of everyone, whether she was careful or not. Although she was careful. Their is a way to talk to customers. I payed my bill, not worth it. Never will returnService: Manicure

First experience was on a Sunday and did a decent job. Went back for a fill and the man was extremely rude and when he took my polish off there was fungus growing under multiple nails where they filled it last time. This has never happened to me before and when I asked the man he yelled at me. I stopped him from what he was doing and left. I had to remove all of my nails and treating for fungus. DO NOT GO THERE!

I just had the worst pedi ever! I could not soak my feet because the water was scalding hot. The man was pressing so hard my feet actually hurt. During the "massage", he was pulling so hard on my toes that my knuckles kept cracking. He asked if I was okay, and I told him that he was hurting me. But he kept going! No relaxation whatsoever!

Amazing, we love this place. My 7yr old daughter and I went and had a fabulous experience. Very accommodating (even equipped with 2 Hello Kitty pedi chairs) Highly recommend!
