I called and verified that I could return my microwave I purchased 45 days prior. They said yes. I gave them my name and number and told them I would be buying the exact same replacement and to please have it ready. When I got there, they said I couldn't return it and refused to honor the word of the employee I talked to. They said I needed to talk to a manager to get it approved. Marvin did not admit he was the manager and would not tell me his name. I had to get it from another store employee. When I asked Marvin for his last name, he refused. He refused to give me his name, told me that I only had 2 days to return a microwave, and told me I never called someone and got permission to return it. Marvin is not Lowe's quality management.

Went to Lowe's to purchase a $500 toolbox. Went to customer service for help. The man said he would call someone to come help me pick it up and load it into my car. After about 15 minutes he said oh sorry I don't know what to tell you, I then had to find a man walking around the store, then went to look for a flatbed because the guy at the service desk told me if I wanted one I have to find one floating around somewhere. The man I found in the store did however help. I don't think it should take a half an hour to find help to purchase a $500 product.

Ugh, came here for a few things and it took much longer than I anticipated. Mostly because I couldn't find any employee to help me until I got to the garden center. At least then they were able to help me find two of the things I was looking for.One thing I came for was a grey splash block, which was in the lumber section (why?!!), and literally every one on the shelf was broken. Very frustrating. The cashier was friendly though.

Overall a fantastic place for home improvement. One caveat,, i wish their mulch was set at 3 for $10. $5 a bag i go elsewhere. But i went there today and found a great deal on garden accessories. Fast service. And I tip the people loading. The guy was very appreciative. And that means something.

The worst. I'm not sure if it's just the staff or the store as a whole. Everytime I have called customer service they're rude and act as though they do not want to help you. They then lied to me and said they would hold our order then sent an email less than 24 hours later stating that if we do not pick up our order by the following day it would be cancelled. Its just insane here. Never again.

If I could give this store negative stars, I would. The appliance purchase from absolute hell. We bought a fridge and when it came in, it was unfortunately too big. We immediately initiated a return and exchange. The pick up attempt of the first fridge was as follows:Attempt one: I sat in our empty, new house for 5.5 hours. An hour past the delivery window, I called Lowe's. It took 9 calls to get an actual human being on the phone. They directed me to the truck company who said it was an error on Lowe's end (may or may not be true) and that they weren't coming. It took me 4 attempts of being on hold for 45-60 minutes each time to get a hold of Lowe's receiving department to reschedule the pick up for two days later. Attempt two: they just straight up didn't show up again. Called the store to complain. No answered. My dad called for me and got a manager to schedule it again. Attempt three: also didn't show up. Waited on the phone for over an hour again to reschedule it. Finally we ended up going to the store in person and demanding our card be refunded. And guess what? Then they picked the fridge up. For appliances, save yourself the friggen headache. Worst customer experience of my entire life. I will never spend another dime of my money at this store

So I came here looking for some garden things. Because HD on Elmwood didn't have them, according to their website. But this Lowe's did, according to their website. Very few staff wearing masks. Way too few for any level of comfort. Baffling that they think those same people who have been complaining about the masks are now vaxxed. So I walked around looking for the plant supports I had come for, but the website must not have been updated yet. Because either they weren't in the area the website said or they were out. I did ask staff but they didn't know either, and they weren't masked, so I didn't beat to hang too long. We have less than 50% fully vaxxed in Erie county. That means I should have seen at least 50% masked, I didn't. But I was masked, even though I got vaxxed ages ago. Because it's about protecting everyone. Update 142 2021
